And I bought myself a jigger from the Bombay Sapphire distillery that measures exactly 25 mls of gin!:D:rotfl:

Just typed up a post and have lost it!

Not feeling well today, have a stinking cold which has been threatening to come out for nearly 3 weeks since I had my flu jab.

Was going to go away in the motorhome for a few days and do a bit of christmas shopping but now going to leave it until next week when hopefully I'll be feeling better.

    Today's plan:

    B - bacon omelette
L - hard boiled egg; roast chicken; coleslaw & salad
D - LO roast pork; chips, beans; coleslaw

    HEA - milk
HEB - ?; may have something later if I fancy anything
Syns - LTL mayo 1 syn

Hope you'll soon feel better, joedenise

Belatedly, my plan for the day.

Breakfast - 2-egg omelette with small slice of wholemeal bead (2 syns for spray of oil)
Lunch - lean ham sandwich (other small slice of wholemeal bread from HEB), 35g reduced fat cheddar (HEA)
Dinner - SW chicken tikka masala and plain rice

Snacks - peppers, clementines, banana, greek style muller light yoghurt (0.5 syns)

So good on syns but really low on speed, I know - must do better.

    Hi all

Been well off it all week (my birthday where I got a box of chocs from bingo, mum got me a box and had some Ferraro riches and a few other bits) so was expecting a gain but quite surprised at

    -1lb

It might show next week mind

Well done on the losses and getting back to target I think it's Denise. Getting there folk. Only 5 weeks or so of the year left too :o

Congratulations Mary and well done to all the losers.

A STS for me this week.

I must try to cut back the syns for the next week or two - obvious place to start is the Friday night alcohol :o I'm probably going way over my HEA milk with the amount of tea I drink, I must start watching that too.

Hope everyone has a good week :)

STS is beter than a gain, i tell other people but don't like myself:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
