    Evening all

Congratulations to the losers, commiserations to the gainers.

WI today showed a sts .

In fairness to my class leader, she realised that there was something up & we had a long chat. Still don’t feel 100% about it but I’m better than I was.

I’ve even enquired about a having a couple of 1:1 sessions with the trainers at the gym - I need someone to tell me what to do rather than just play (figuratively!) about on the machines. I’m going for the consultation on Monday though, as we’re going on holiday in less than 3 weeks it might be better to wait for the 1:1 afterwards. I don’t know - perhaps I’ll make a decision after Monday.

I did buy my waterproof headphones yesterday - had 20% off & for the first time ever bought a dress that I know I will need to be at target for .....I have a ladies night in May to attend & the dress would knock them dead so that’s my aim.

I will get over this rut.....once I can rev the engine hard enough to take a run at hit!

Have a look for someone called James smith on Facebook, I'll find the link in a minute. But basically, he's a bit abrupt but it doesn't matter what you are doing as long as you're burning calories
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:

    Good day today

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, milk and banana (HE A andB)
Lunch: baked potato, baked beans, 1 pat butter (2 syns)
Dinner: salad, lamb steak, oven chips (5 syns)

    Snack: muller light

Had a sneaky weigh in this morning and from last Wednesday I am -7lbs

I know lots of this will be water but hope there's a lb or two of fat in there too. It's certainly incentivised me to keep going

Well done, DV and dawyldthing. Looks like you’re doing well, Nicki.

For me, it’s -0.6lbs. It’s not much, but for the first time in ages, I think, I’ve had losses in consecutive weeks, so I am very happy.

    I bought myself a jigger

Now that’s what I call dedication, maman. I’m just not sure whether it’s dedication to gin drinking or to SW lifestyle!

Hope you perk up soon, Denise.

More tasty food, bubbs. I once tried to snap all my meals but I usually had scoffed nost of them before I remembered!

    Here are today’s guilty pleasures.

Breakfast: 2 tiny oatcakes (3) with 15g light soft cheese (1) yes, they were that tiny!
Lunch: hexb sandwich with chicken, salad, reduced fat coleslaw (1) and mild salsa (1), L&F raspberry yogurt
Snack: dark chocolate ginger biscuit (4)
Dinner: chicken casserole, potatoes, green beans, clementine
    Snack: hexa cheese & grapes

    WI tonight and STS.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Well done all you losers! Looking forward to the chart tomorrow. You're doing so well on this challenge!:T

Sorry to hear about the cold denise . Hope it passes off soon. :)

Called into Lidl today and they had rye bread which is sliced and a HEB and also 30% off! So when I've finished the current loaf I won't have to add extra syns. :D

ETA: It's definitely dedication to SW greentiger . It would be better for me to just splash it into the glass without a thought.

    Evening everyone.

Food today as per plan - syns for an extra Alpen Light (I'm addicted to the cherry bakewell ones and hunt them down in the various £ shops !), one quality street, half a dozen pringles and 3 olives at choir, so I reckon around 12 syns for the day?? Under 15 at any rate. Won't be eating quality street again 2.5 each!

    Tomorrow
    B Alpen Light and fruit
L HM cauli and horseradish soup with crispbreads, tomatoes, yoghurt
D HM chicken nuggets (GD here for tea) SW chips and veg or salad, syns for breadcrumbs

    Well done all the losers!

Well done Beanielou, Deja Vu and Tweets on SOTW :j:j:j:j:j:j

  • Thanks Kathryn for the chart and well done SOTWs!

    Congratulations Mary Hinge!!

    Quick menu from me:

    B - Porridge
D - Pesto pasta with bacon, onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
T - Speedy bolognese from freezer, so pasta again, oops. (Maybe I'll fry up some tinned spuds or something to have with it instead...)
HEA - Milk in porridge and coffee
    HEB - Oats
    Syns - Sugar in orridge and coffee (3), pesto (2) = 5.

Hoping to stick to 5 syns as I have 9 to claw back from indulging in too much chocolate yesterday.

Not too hopeful of a loss on Friday as I'm going to the panto Thurs preceded by a meal out and looking at the menu nothing is safe!
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb
