15th December :) Only 11 working days though and only 9 of them in the office, two are working from home, so not too long now. I'm getting slower and slower so it's a godsend really!

I'm itching to stop work though as I'm just too tired to do much round the house and I've loads to sort out before she's here. Watch the little monkey come on the first day of my maternity leave and scupper my plans :D

I've been there. My DD1's birthday is 20th December. She was due on the 18th and labour started that evening. I remember it well. Happy Days!:D

Glad you felt up to going for a meal out kathrynha. We'll both get there sometime even if it's a long haul.:)

I measure out my allowed milk in to a separate little bottle in the fridge to help me keep an eye on how much I use, and you don't have the hassle of measuring every time you get a drink

I do this; morrsions, coop and ikea caf! all do small bottles of semi skimmed that are 250ml. I buy one every couple of week then just rinse and refill each day :)

    today:
breakfast: light and free yogurt, tea with milk from hea
brunch:2 eggs scrambled, spinach, yellow pepper, tomato and 2 slices beef
lunch: 1 hi fi light and a pack of cooked chicken breast from Iceland and no sugar vimto - I was supposed to be getting my hair done but it got postponed at the 11th hour so was out and about running errands
once home: cup of tea, 2 chocolate coins (7 syn)
tea: bacon steak (trimmed) with jacket potato and salad plus an egg.

would it count as an sp day if I don't have a jacket with my tea? and if so can I still have 2 syn-ed rice cakes??

Hi lush, shame about the hair appointment. I hope you're enjoying your week off.

Technically it's not a proper SP day as you had yogurt at breakfast and 100% following SP isn't meant to have any free food. You can have anything you like as syns so rice cakes are fine as you've got 9 to spare and (I think) another half of your HEB. Personally I wouldn't have the extra HEX if I didn't do 100% SP.

If you did decide to go without the JP then it would be a very low carb day so more likely to aid weightloss anyway. It's still lowish carb with a SP lunch though so don't end up feeling hungry.:)
  • thanks maman. I just don't feel like SP clicks for me! I think I'll go jacket and 2 rice cakes (3syn as 1.5 each) then a hot choc before bed.

yesterday I managed a really good day so that Puts me in a good mood :)

Hair rescheduled for tomorrow at 10am so plan is:
breakfast: scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes
hair appointment: taking a big bottle of NAS squash and also 2 hi fi lights (heb)
lunch: should be done at the appointment so likely to be a jacket with tuna and salad :)
tea: not 100% sure yet but will keep it on plan. something with chicken I think
