Feeling a bit better today but not much. Throat is still a bit sore and also coughing a bit as well! Thanks for the good wishes.

My HEB yesterday turned out to be 2 Ryvita so also counts as Speed! Had it spread with some quark, ham & cucumber

    Today's plan:

B - porridge made with water; frozen winter fruits; pomegranite seeds
    L - tuna salad
    D - Faggots; mash & veg.

Need to get a new hob as only half working at the moment! Have ordered a new induction hob but won't be delivered until Thursday some time.

Need to go and do a bit of shopping today as am using long life milk at the moment because we ended up throwing away about 3/4 of a 4 pinter which had gone off. Also need a few other bits.

Stuck to plan as much as I can but not sure it's going to be enough. Will find out Thursday if I weigh.

Not sure about syns today but HEA will be milk as usual and HEB was porridge.

    Denise

Anyone on Slimmingworld and pregnant? After a MC over the summer I found out this week I am pregnant  I still have a few stone to lose and intend to stay on the SW wagon for as long as possible really..... any tips?

    Today food:

breakfast brunch, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and beans

    he b 2 x hifi bars
bag of cheese puffs (4.5 syns)
    2 satsumas and grapes

dinner speedy spag bol with He A cheese

hot ribena and nas orange squash to drink

    Yep :D Congratulations Mary!

You get double HEXA and HEXB now. The milk has been a lifesaver for my heartburn, although I have to be honest and say at 33+1, I've stopped measuring it :D and whilst I'm cooking SW friendly meals and consciously only having one biscuit instead of the ten I want, I'm not really sticking to syns as well as I was in the early days. Ah well.

B - Bacon and mushroom sandwich

    D - Tuna salad

    T - Chicken stew

No idea about syns, see how I feel :)

I'll WI on Thursday and assess the damage. She's apparently 4lb ish at the moment so I'm discounting that element!

Thanks Topgirl and congratulations to you to! Have you continued to lose weight or have you maintained? I'm hoping for the next few months at least to carry on dropping weight.

I had a bacon and mushroom sandwich too this morning! :D

I didn't have loads to lose but the last time I weighed in, I'd only put 10lb on and that was in the last couple of weeks - I'd already decided I wasn't going to be strictly on plan, but was going to try and keep gain to a minimum so I was happy with that!

Good to see you topgirl. When do you finish work?:)

Glad you're picking up a bit denise. I'm convinced I have a cold lurking too that DH gave me. Just hope if it's coming it comes soon.:(

Good luck for this evening kathrynha. I'm not hopeful of a loss this week either. I'm feeling quite fat. Although I've stuck to plan I think all the bread from my holiday is catching up at last. I'm just going to do a beanie and keep plodding. It could well be January before I see a loss.

I'm making roast Mediterranean veg tonight. I normally just put red onion, aubergine, courgette, garlic and peppers in a tin, season, spray and bake adding mushrooms and tomatoes about 15 mins before the end. I used to find it a bit more tasty/wetter with proper oil drizzled on. Any variations/suggestions?:)

I'm on 13 syns left until Thursday morning. No problem with that. I might not use most of them to allow for any guestimating last Saturday.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB (hand cut) toast, HEA milk for drinks, baked beans
L: lentil and veg soup and (if hungry) ham, cottage cheese and pickled cabbage
D: ham slices (home cooked), hassleback potatoes, Mediterranean veg
    Syns: 2.5 for extra bread

    Congratulations to Mary Hinge!
I had just joined SW for the first time, back in 1984,weighed 11st 13 lbs.Two weeks later I realized I was pregnant and assumed I should leave SW. Worst decision I ever made!. I put on a HUGE amount of weight, and after delivery was very depressed to find I was now 14 st 4 lbs
I have struggled with weight issues ever since, going up from 15st 12 lbs to 17st 11 lbs after a hysterectomy in 2015.This year I have made major efforts and have lost over 3 st,bringing me right back to that fateful 14st 4 lbs mental fence.
As far as my mind is concerned I am only now starting to lose the weight I gained in that pregnancy! I know someone who faithfully stuck with SW,and only weighed 7 lbs more after delivery, and got rid of that in a couple of months!!
    So stick with it,Mary!

15th December :) Only 11 working days though and only 9 of them in the office, two are working from home, so not too long now. I'm getting slower and slower so it's a godsend really!

I'm itching to stop work though as I'm just too tired to do much round the house and I've loads to sort out before she's here. Watch the little monkey come on the first day of my maternity leave and scupper my plans :D

Thanks. Hope both of us see losses.

Although after the meal out I've just had, I might of just scuppered my chances at a loss :o
