Had a bit of a cooking session this morning. Have made SW faggots in onion gravy - one lot for this week and another lot to go in the freezer for next month. Also made some coleslaw but haven't put the mayo on yet as don't need it until tomorrow evening and think it's better done shortly before using.
Today's plan:
B - SW fry up
L - LO leek & potato soup; slice of bread & butter (0.5 HEB + 2)
D - roast pork, roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, peas; splash of gravy
HEA - milk
HEB - bread (0.5); Alpen Light (0.5)
Syns - butter 2

I don't know the background to this Tie apologies but one of the reasons my year was so trying was because my DD, who has autism and learning difficulties ended up being permanently excluded from her special school because they couldn't meet her needs. At the time it felt like the end of the world. Six months on however life is so much better. The LEA had to find her a more suitable provision and she is happier and more settled there. She still has issues but they are being dealt with a lot better. In our case at least it took us getting to crisis point for the LA to give us the assistance we had so badly needed for years. x
I’m 1-1 TA child has behaviour issues (plus other issues but not autism) personally don’t think mainstream is right environment for him but parents don’t agree. Been excluded 3 times in last month or so. Getting close to permanent I’m guessingas the violence is escalating.mary_hinge wrote: »Anyone on Slimmingworld and pregnant?
