I am thank you, tired and achy but nothing I don't expect :) Appointment on the 1st December to see if I need a C section.

Staying on plan as best I can manage, but generally, if I want something, I'm having it in moderation.

Are you well? Haven't had chance to read the full thread yet.

Most of them were, but an odd one was 45g. At your stage of pregnancy, I think having an extra few grams wouldn't make much difference :)

I think you are doing brilliantly sticking so close to plan.

Everyone's weight loss is so impressive, but how does this affect people's lives?

I'm finding all my trousers are getting too big so going trouser shopping eventually. Nice feeling to get the next size down though

4 stone is amazing Kathryn and you know you'll get the last 4lbs off to get back to the 4 stone. You really are doing tremendous. Don't be so hard. On yourself :)

Good to see you topgirl. I wondered where you'd got to.:)

Great loss MrsR.:T Looking at the chart, the losses are amazing. You're ahead of target and that's without all the losses in yet. Congratulations!:T

I agree that you shouldn't be too hard on yourself kathrynha but I think you're so right about keeping in touch with the thread even when it's difficult. :)

Hope you don't mind me commenting VALM but I noticed your menu looks a bit low on Speed today. It's not just that you have none at breakfast or lunch but the bananas and grapes aren't Speed either. I don't have Speed at every meal (rarely at breakfast) but I try to get my third or more across the day. It won't hurt occasionally though.

I think there are the obvious practical things like lower dress sizes and for me being (literally) lighter on my feet which I noticed dancing. The overall thing tough, for me, is feeling good about myself. I hated being fat. I like being in control.:)

We got a leaflet delivered from Iceland today, never seen one before. In addition to the junk there are quite a few things of interest to SW. There's the buy 3 SW meals and this time get a free bag of frozen raspberries but also offers on chicken breasts, 5% mince, fish, Mullers and Dairylea triangles. Might be worth a look for anyone interested although I haven't compared the prices with other places.

    Today's EE menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB toast, baked beans, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO ham hash with cauli, cabbage and pickled cabbage
D: chunky chilli with rice and cottage cheese
    Syns: none planned

I've got 30 syns left until WI on Thursday morning. DH wants me to go out with him tomorrow so that will cover me if I can't find anything SW friendly at lunchtime. After that I'm likely to be off plan a lot for about 10 days as we've got lots of meals out and a short holiday next week.

Thanks for the chart Kathryn and congrats to deja vu on SOTW -

Tete a big thanks for your instructions on measuring for bras on the last thread - 3 new ones bought today in a size I'd never have thought about! - I was wearing a stretchy t shirt and couldn't believe how much better it looked with the right size underneath. I'd urge anyone who's last some weight to do it . Tete's instructions here

    .

Don't mind at all and welcome any guidance. Wanted to use up some potatoes so have a jacket tomorrow as well. Will have a salad with that though. To be fair I thought fruit was speed food as well. Need to revisit the list.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
