I don’t know how I’m going to get back on track #totallyfedup – and that’s an unfortunate choice of words. Typical. If I don’t do better (I know it’s all down to me alone) next week, I think I’m going to retire from the challenge. I am already evaluating what’s going wrong. The first couple of years on SW I lost weight steadily, albeit slowly, but the last couple of years have been woeful. Clearly my mindset is off.
Don't leave the challenge GreenTiger. I had a 3lb gain last week, and I've have a few weeks of gains. Had over a month now of doing naff, but being on this thread keeps me focussed when I can be, and everyone is so lovely and helpful.
Keep with us and you will get your SW mojo back even if it takes a while.
Anyway, you can only quit the challenge if I delete you from the spreadsheet, and I refuseEvening all
WI tonight- very pleased to report a -3.5lbs
Well done, brilliant loss.
What's your target for this challenge? I seem to have missed it.Zebras rock0 -

Very difficult to say for me, as a lot of the effects I was feeling, like more energy, are now totally destroyed by how my treatment is making me feel. I do however know that I am 3 dress sizes down.Zebras rock0 -
Been AWOL again. I went away with my boyfriend for the weekend. It was a totally off plan weekend.
We went to Newmarket races and Norfolk for a couple of days. The races was very successful, but I ate all the wrong foods.
We did however do lots of walking!
I didn't get to group last night for weigh in. BUT... I had an email from SW head office saying my consultant had entered me for the national Miss Slinky competition
I had to answer about 25 questions about my weightloss and how SW has changed my life.
I will find out if I have gone any further in the competition at the end of November.Slimming world new starter 2/1/17:D:DWeight loss so far 5 stone 8 lbs

It is what it is & I for one could not cope with a quarter of what you do.
Remember you have lost about 4 stone.
