Hello all - hope you've had a good weekend. Sorry I don't have the time or energy to catch up on all the chat! I had a lovely weekend away: ate, drank and was merry, but also walked six miles up and down hills on Saturday so could have been worse.

Came home to my gran having yet another health crisis and was round at hers from 9.30-5.30 today sorting carers, etc. I was in charge of lunch though and did us roast chicken breast, boiled potatoes, and salad. I caved and had a SW ready meal for tea as I was cream crackered, but am finishing the day on 8 syns which is a massive result, considering. Really need to do a shop for myself though - the cupboards are bare!

Off to bed with my 40 calorie hot chocolate - see you tomorrow! x
Glad you had a nice weekend :D
Hope your gran is ok x

Mrs_R, I hope you have a wonderful time at your graduation.

Well done, Sunshine, Chrisv, D!jà Vu (fantastic), dawyldthing and tweets.

    We finally have fireworks here!

Kathrynha, thanks for keeping our chart, especially when you aren’t always feeling the best.

    bubbs, “braw” means great.

Well, I’m already letting you all down. After my great loss last week, I’m disgusted, dismayed, disappointed, disillusioned with my disastrous 3.6lbs gain. I don’t know how I’m going to get back on track #totallyfedup – and that’s an unfortunate choice of words. Typical. If I don’t do better (I know it’s all down to me alone) next week, I think I’m going to retire from the challenge. I am already evaluating what’s going wrong. The first couple of years on SW I lost weight steadily, albeit slowly, but the last couple of years have been woeful. Clearly my mindset is off.

You are NOT letting anyoe down, don't ever feel like that, but if you need a break fair enough but you will get back on track sooner or later xx
