If I bought a pie maker I would never loose any weight

The pic I quoted was VALM's lovely tea :)

I've been looking at them, I'm tempted.

The quiche are divine and free if you use hexb for wrap, same as pies:T:T

Mrs_R, I hope you have a wonderful time at your graduation.

Well done, Sunshine, Chrisv, D!jà Vu (fantastic), dawyldthing and tweets.

    We finally have fireworks here!

Kathrynha, thanks for keeping our chart, especially when you aren’t always feeling the best.

    bubbs, “braw” means great.

Well, I’m already letting you all down. After my great loss last week, I’m disgusted, dismayed, disappointed, disillusioned with my disastrous 3.6lbs gain. I don’t know how I’m going to get back on track #totallyfedup – and that’s an unfortunate choice of words. Typical. If I don’t do better (I know it’s all down to me alone) next week, I think I’m going to retire from the challenge. I am already evaluating what’s going wrong. The first couple of years on SW I lost weight steadily, albeit slowly, but the last couple of years have been woeful. Clearly my mindset is off.

Noooo don't retire from the challenge. We'll get you through it. I put 6lb on at one point last time round which meant I had even more to lose, didn't get to target but meant this one isn't as bad
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:

    Ah ok. Thanks.
There is an elite thread on FB.
Is this one mainly Mr T?

It is mainly Mr A, but also Mr T, Mr S and Mr M.... and every other shop in the UK... :D:D

Greentiger, tomorrow is another day xxx

9 pages is a light day. I really struggled to keep up.

It takes a whilst to get your head around. It helps to replicate some of the shops that are posted and read and re-read the first post, it takes a while but it really does become addictive, and save a lot of money (but you will end up with boxes of 'stash' all over your house). x

There are several coupons at the moment, which are great to use especially if you have money off vouchers from Mr T (I have £6 off £40 shop). So I will get £40, minus the £6, minus the coupons and maybe some cashback........ It all layers on top of each other x :D:D:D

We have a hexagonal dining table so it doesn't suit a cloth but we sit in the dining room every night with mats and serving dishes. I think it makes a meal more satisfying.

greentiger , you'll get there if you want it enough. It took me 4 months to lose the half stone I gained on holiday but I didn't really shift it until I started properly sticking to the plan. Writing things down really helped too.:)

    Evening all
WI tonight- very pleased to report a -3.5lbs
I’m guessing that’s because I’ve been poorly and although I have eaten normally this week I haven’t eaten to the extent I would normally. Plus I’ve also drank far more water than I usually would to try and stop myself coughing. Pleased to report cold has now vanished and I am no longer coughing. I’m away at the weekend in Liverpool which thankfully has a Simply Be and I am so looking forward to getting some jeans that fit! I had my size 22’s on with leggings underneath today to make them fit but even with leggings they were enormous! My leggings are all huge too so going to buy some size 18’s from Primarni and some size 16 vests from Marks and Sparks. I’m incredibly thankful that my underwear is still mostly okay- i will only wear Boux Avenue boy shorts which are fifteen quid for three pairs- that’s going to be painful when the time comes :rotfl: they’re a size 18 though so they should be okay yet.

Today’s food (I was at late WI again so again bit of an odd day)
B: HEXB Alpen Light x 2, Light and Free yoghurt. Apple, pear, decaf coffee (1.5 syns for milk)
L: Subway salad (1.5 syns for sauce) water
T: Ham pasta salad, Vimto Zero fizzy, 2 HiFi bars (6)
S: Leek and potato soup, 7 syns for wholemeal roll and butter, HEXA + 1.5 Alpro soya choc drink
    Syns: 17.5
    Night all xxx

Everyone's weight loss is so impressive, but how does this affect people's lives?
