Been AWOL again. I went away with my boyfriend for the weekend. It was a totally off plan weekend.
We went to Newmarket races and Norfolk for a couple of days. The races was very successful, but I ate all the wrong foods.

We did however do lots of walking!

I didn't get to group last night for weigh in. BUT... I had an email from SW head office saying my consultant had entered me for the national Miss Slinky competition :D

I had to answer about 25 questions about my weightloss and how SW has changed my life.

I will find out if I have gone any further in the competition at the end of November.

Good luck. Your nomination is amazing x

Thanks for the chart Kathryn a and well done to Deja Vu for SOTW.

    Today's food:-

BF Porridge w pumpkin spice mix and milk (HEA & B)
Lunch : jacket spud and beans
Tea: Heck sausages (can't remember the variety but think they are chicken) ready made mash and veggies. There is only me and MRM at home now and we find it more economical to buy ready made mash than potatoes. We get the Tesco Maris Piper one. Will report Syns later.

Do have a banana, apple slices and grapes, raspberries and summer fruits and yogurt to graze on.

Doing a work out tonight as well when I get in from work, lose my motivation if I wait until after tea.

    Hello all :)

Just a flying visit, forgot to weigh in last week so am going to do so on Thursday (my day off). I'll be 30+3 then so expecting to be heavier.

Just a quick query for anyone with the app please - I'm low in iron and am looking at healthy Bs that I can use.

Is Special K with chocolate a HEXB? Not keen on the plain one... Or has anyone a list of cereals that are please?

Thanks in advance and well done to you losers xx

    No the chocolate special k isn't a healthy b.
I don't eat much cereal, so don't know many, but just put Kelloggs in to the app, and the following are HBs: original wheats, raisin wheats, muesli delightful fruit, all bran original, granola glorious nut, granola delightful fruit, all bran golden crunch, all bran choco wheats, all bran bran flakes.
    Hope that helps
