Well done Lush and Dusty on your amazing losses.

Noted your holiday GTS. Have a good time.

I'm amazed to be reporting a 3 lb loss, which is what I gained on holiday. Not sure how but I will take it.

Very difficult to say for me, as a lot of the effects I was feeling, like more energy, are now totally destroyed by how my treatment is making me feel. I do however know that I am 3 dress sizes down.

I think everyone of us are so very impressed with your weight loss, in the face of health issues, you are one very very strong lady x

Well done to Deja Vu on SOTW :j:j:j:j:j

Well done Deja Vu..... you skinny woman!

Just think ladies we are 12% to our goal already!

    :D:D:D

EDIT: Flaming Nora - it's like a foreign language!!

You will get your head around it... it eventually clicks x
I'm finding all my trousers are getting too big so going trouser shopping eventually. Nice feeling to get the next size down though

It is great to see and feel the difference. I had a dress with leggings on today. It is now a dress... it used to be a top!

I think there are the obvious practical things like lower dress sizes and for me being (literally) lighter on my feet which I noticed dancing. The overall thing tough, for me, is feeling good about myself. I hated being fat. I like being in control.:)

That is lovely to hear xxx

    Evening all
I have a great NSV to report! In 2013 when I lost 6.5 stone and went down to a size 14, I loved shopping at Lipsy. When I put a little bit back on and went up a jeans size, I bought a pair of mid blue skinny jeans with a glitter sheen on them from there in a size 18. I paid what is for me an obscene amount of money for them (£55) wore them to my 34th birthday night out and a couple of times after that but then started to pile the weight back on and so they were consigned to the cupboard. I always said that I wanted to get back into them and previously when I lost weight I somehow never managed it and so they stayed in the drawer. I even tried selling them as I became resigned to never being able to fit into them again but they didn’t sell. And I’m so glad they didn’t- I tried them on this evening and not only do they fit but they fit well! I’m so pleased! I’ve pressed them into service immediately for the weekend with a long blue top.
I put a size 24 top on today (wasn’t going anywhere :D) I remembered when I bought it it had clung- it hung off me like a limp dishrag today :D
    Today’s menu:
B: 2 x SW sausages, 2 LMC Red Onion And Rosemary sausages, peppers, tomatoes with herbs, mushrooms, onions. 2 x decaf coffees (1.5 syns for milk)
L: HEXB wholemeal roll with chicken, 1 syn for spread and mayo, salad. Apple, pear, Quavers (4.5 syns) water
T: Aldi lamb rogan josh (1.5) peas, carrots, baby corn, sugar snaps, broccoli, cauliflower. HEXA Alpro choc soya drink (HEXA +1.5) water. Fab lolly (4)
    S: Veggie soup
    Syns: 13
    Love to you all xxx

Back home from France around lunchtime today. Not quite on plan today but dinner tonight was very much on plan:

Burger, SW chips, beans, onions, mushrooms. Made so much couldn't eat it all - think that must be a first!

Haven't done a menu plan yet. Was hoping to sort it tomorrow but now need to go to Drs for a flu jab - didn't expect to get an appointment so quickly! Will sort out a plan when I get back.

Assuming I get up early enough tomorrow's food so far looks like this:

    B - mushroom omelette
L - leek & potato soup; slice of bread
    D - ?

    HEA - milk
HEB - bread 0.5; possibly hifi bar 0.5
    Syns - non planned

Well done to all the losers, some amazing losses this week, especially lush, wow 5lb! Wish I could lose that amount in one week, especially after being on holiday. Suspect I've put on about 1/2 stone!
