Have had a look in the cupboards for something for dinner this evening and have now decided it's going to be a Green day:
B - mushroom omelette
L - leek & potato soup; bread (HEB1)
D - mixed bean goulash; rice
HEA 1 & 2 - milk
HEB 1 - bread
HEB 2 - hi fi bars
No syns planned so far but who knows. There's dark chocolate in the fridge!

New week, and think I am going to have to be good, as last nights loss was not deserved.
Got a few things this week that are going to make it difficult, so need to be good when I can.

Hi everyone. I'm still here plodding along. Still in target but gained last week. My intention is to get that off this week!
Today's plan is
He a bob milk
He b burgen linseed and soy bread (+5.5 syns)
B bacon medallion and mushroom sandwich Tom ketchup (1)
L pasta salad made with cottage cheese, tomatoes, onion, jalapeños and grated carrot
D Sw chips, eggs and beetroot
Will probably have a hifi bar this evening once I get in from my sons training nets0 -
My menu today:-
BF 40g Kellogg's Bran Flakes and 250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA and
Snack : Freddo 5 Syns
Lunch : 2 x chicken drumsticks, jacket potato and Subwayesque salad containing iceberg lettuce, spinach, sweetcorn, gherkins, salsa (with a tiny bit of avocado (0.5 Syns), tomatoes, cucumber and Sainsburys BGTY chilli dressing (0.5 Syns).
For tea we are having SW burger with paprika wedges and salad,Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!
