OMG, flip hope you are okay xxx

    Pleased people helped xxx

    You are a skinny minny.

OH told me off this morning... he was waffling this morning, I only heard 'important' so I tell him what is important is that my stomach has gone down over the last few days. My lovely wonderful placid man actually had a go at me..... a right go! He was rather long winded....in brief it was that I need to not think about size/weight, but health/fitness. What an !!!! he was, but he was right!

    Thanks :)

    Your OH is right.
I have a bit of a thing about about getting back under 12 stone but for me the important thing is being able to wobble about a bit easier. It used to also about getting up after falling but I can no longer get up without something to lean on as my muscle strength is deteriating as are the nerves. It is what it is unfortunatly.:(

Sorry to hear about your muscle and nerves xxx I think I will join you to reach the under 12 stones xx

I have to admit, since OH has forced me to go power walking, my joints are a lot better.

A couple of months ago, I was walking in the woods when I fell over and knocked myself out, it took a far bit to get off the floor, a mixture of aches, but mainly embarrassment (I only had a friend with me)... what was strange is that the dog ran off and left me!

Well done, MissTeach – and all those I missed in my period of self-absorbtion.

So a tick box doesn't work for everything then!
Correct, maman. Why use one sheet of paper when you can use a ream?

Good losses deja vu and chris. Well done!:T I'm very impressed that you two can have a Monday WI. I'd hate to be weighed just after the weekend.
Monday WI helps me to keep in control over the weekend. As you can imagine I've tried various WI days in the past and Monday seems to work best for me. (for now!)

Thanks for the chart Kathrynha, I surprised myself with this weeks loss thanks everyone for all the support.

    Today's plan
    Breakfast: Wheetabix
Lunch: Fried tomatoes, scrambled egg and mushroom
Dinner: Mackerel pasta bake, syns for a bit of cheese.

Beanie hope your leg is feeling a bit better today.

I'm another hovering around 12 st - just under at the moment but it wouldn't take much for me to go back. I'll be happier when I've got a couple of pounds clear.

Had a big wardrobe sort out this morning - a bin liner full of some very nice stuff that doesn't fit to go to the charity shop this afternoon. Some things I'm very sad to see go but as OH pointed out, if I don't have bigger clothes, I can't get bigger!

What's happening on Friday? Anything exciting?:D

Went to WI this morning and gained a pound! I've absolutely no idea why but I'm feeling philosophical about it although it now takes me out of range AGAIN!.
All I can do is enjoy my weekend socialising, enjoy my holiday and then get back to it 100% when I got back. Surprisingly I was allowed to book in a week's holiday for next week (didn't know you could do that in 'grace' week).

I thought of leaving straight away but made myself stay to group in case I learned anything. I didn't, but I'm glad I stayed. The mid morning group is largely (sorry, wrong word:o) full of elderly ladies. The consultant had forgotten to do Miss Slinky so she did it today instead by 'interviewing' 4 people she thought had done well using a set of prepared questions. The woman that won explained that she'd joined SW because she'd tripped over a paving stone in the town centre and it took 3 people to get her back up. She said her sprained ankle was nothing compared to the embarrassment. She was so delighted with her certificate and sticker and a Little Miss cup that it made me think why am I so fed up with gaining a pound. It's no big deal in the scheme of things.

'News' from SW was just some fillings for JPs which were far from earth shattering but I suppose it gave someone ideas.

Hope everyone's having a better day.:)

Definitely not exciting. Hospital, getting a transfusion and talking about getting a line put in :(

One pound gain is nothing. Just enjoy your holiday and worry about it when you get home.
