Definitely not exciting. Hospital, getting a transfusion and talking about getting a line put in
One pound gain is nothing. Just enjoy your holiday and worry about it when you get home.
Hope all goes well kathrynha.
Take care.

Hope all goes well at hospital Kathryn tomorrow.
WI wasn't quite as bad as expected it was a 5.5lb gain not half a stone! Not bad for 8 weeks I suppose. Now to get back into target range again. Just need to lose 2.5lb to get to top end so hopefully not too long. Back to basics!
Today's plan:
B - fruit after WI
L - leek & potato soup; 1 slice of WM bread (0.5 HEB); Alpen Light (0.5 HEB)
D - shepherds pie; cabbage - was going to do swede and carrot mash topping so it would be an SP day but DH pulled a face so just EE!
HEA - milk
HEB - bread; Alpen Light
Syns - no idea at the moment.
Menu plan done to end of month - but as usual not set in stone but I now have most of what I need in apart from fresh stuff each week.

5.5 gain is really not bad. I managed 3 in one week.
Thanks. Rather nervous, cos I know they really want my to have a line put in to make transfusions easier, but I don't like the idea and it involves an operation, and it will mean I can't wear half my clothes anymore because it will be visible :(Zebras rock0 -
