Bubbs, you can do mushrooms in the microwave. Put them on a plate open side down, and put a little bit of water on the plate, and cook for about 90 seconds, then drain off the liquid. Not as good as grilled or fried mushrooms, but not too bad.Zebras rock0

Can i cook quiche in it?I use it to cook everything that I used to cook in oven.
