    Morning all.

Sorry I missed your birthday Bubbs. Happy belated birthday.

Been through the thread, and think I have found all the weigh ins. Some absolutely amazing losses.

Not been online for a few days. Been feeling ikky. Combination of drugs, hormones and a cold. It's all just really knocked it out of me, and I haven't strayed far from my bed.

That does however mean I haven't been on plan. Lots of toast and comfort food. Tomorrow's weigh in is going to be bad, when I really needed a good one after my holiday gain.

I am going to try and stick to plan today and tomorrow though, as I am feeling a little more human today.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - porridge
    Lunch - pasta salad
    Dinner - Sausage casserole
    Snacks - fruit

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - oats
    Syns - syrup (1), salad dressing (1), sausages (2)

Glad you're feeling a bit better today kathrynha.:)

Good losses deja vu and chris. Well done!:T I'm very impressed that you two can have a Monday WI. I'd hate to be weighed just after the weekend.

I remember buying steak hache in a butcher in the Dordogne denise. I chose the steak and then watched while they minced it in front of me. Definitely no additives and quality meat. Have a safe journey home.:)

I'm well in hand with syns after the weekend. I've got 33 syns left for 3 days and no real need to use many.:)

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold pork, fried potato and veg, pickled cabbage
D: Austrian ham hash (carrots, onion, leeks, tomato) with cauli, broccoli and cabbage
Syns: 3 for grated cheese on hash

Oh no. What other cooking means will you have? Microwave? Slow cooker? Grill? Kettle? Toaster?

Sure we can come up with healthy suggestions if you need them.

Well done with the losses folk, esp deja vu as that's a cracking loss. We're heading in the right direction

Went to a spa on Saturday with some uni friends and for a Thai afterwards so was expecting a maintain as the spa day included afternoon tea including a cupcake and chocolate cake and bread with the sandwiches (didn't eat loads of sandwiches to be fair as I don't like egg so they did me a favour.)

Anyway been on the scales at boots and delighted with

    -1

Which is better than I expected. On the 11th I'll have been doing it 4 months, which is the longest I've stuck anything in a long long while.

Kathryna - I wouldn't worry - I think we're all just glad you're ok and out of hospital
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:
