Last day in France today. Should be home by lunchtime tomorrow so will get back into menu planning mode! Haven't got much in the motorhome freezer to use up although there are a couple of low fat steak hache (burgers) which we'll have tomorrow night with SW chips, onions, chestnut mushrooms, beans.

Still have a few leeks so will make some leek and potato soup for Wednesday lunch. That will use up most of the fresh food from the motorhome.

Sad the holiday is over but eager to get back to proper eating again. Tinned veg is nowhere near as good as frozen:D.
