    Evening all.

Sorry you've been unwell Kathrynha and glad you're on the mend now. Bubbs I hope you can manage till Saturday! A friend once borrowed our two ring camp cooker when hers was out of action - it was amazing what she produced with it. Would you be able to borrow anything for a few days to help you out? Some fab losses here for the start of the new challenge - I suspect I won't be joining the losers!

Well, the less said about the number of syns consumed over the weekend, the better! I had a great time though and enjoyed every one of them. Back on the wagon today as I'm determined to get to target this challenge.

I realised that I have 3 Christmas meals in one week in December! One is a buffet, another I have the menu for and think I can make reasonable choices, the third one is a bit of a mystery at the moment. I have one suitable dress that fits me now so hit the charity shops today and bought a lovely new Next dress in navy and in a smaller size. It fits but will look better with a couple of pounds off so that's a mini target.

I'm hoping to have a syn free day tomorrow to make up for some of the weekend - has anyone made this? http://pinchofnom.com/recipes/syn-free-campfire-stew/ It popped up on Facebook so that's tea tomorrow for the meat eaters - the veggie might have to make his own!

All the best to everyone for this week.

Oh no. What other cooking means will you have? Microwave? Slow cooker? Grill? Kettle? Toaster?

Sure we can come up with healthy suggestions if you need them.
Yes slow cooker, actifry and microwave, yesterday we had a roast chicken in SC did all the veg in microwave , potatoes in acti fry took ages means i have such alot:rotfl::rotfl:
Tonight we have had pork chops in SC with veg, cauli and brussels in microwave, pots in actifry, picture to follow
Tomorrow we are hving chicken curry in SC , cauli rice for me , rice and chips for dh.
Weds we are having "fry" up on george foreman, but how could i cook mushrooms not boiling?
Thurs we are having braising steak & veg in SC
Friday wont be able to have KFC :(
Well done with the losses folk, esp deja vu as that's a cracking loss. We're heading in the right direction

Went to a spa on Saturday with some uni friends and for a Thai afterwards so was expecting a maintain as the spa day included afternoon tea including a cupcake and chocolate cake and bread with the sandwiches (didn't eat loads of sandwiches to be fair as I don't like egg so they did me a favour.)

Anyway been on the scales at boots and delighted with

    -1

Which is better than I expected. On the 11th I'll have been doing it 4 months, which is the longest I've stuck anything in a long long while.

Kathryna - I wouldn't worry - I think we're all just glad you're ok and out of hospital
    :T:T:T:T well done
