Congratulations, SOTWs, P00hsticks and Sunshine. Thanks for the chart, kathrynha.

    Well done, Chrisv.

Well done on rediscovering your motivation, whiplashy. Good to see you back. I’m another who’ll be heavier at the end of this challenge than when I started! I’m in good company, it seems.

Put me down for 9lbs off for the next challenge, please, kathrynha.

BarleySugar, welcome to our happy band.

Sunshine and bubbs, I’m exhausted just reading those step numbers!

That’s a beautiful dress, Mrs_R. I wish you health to wear it, as my mum used to say.

Aw, TIE, I hope you and hubby get your health back soon.

Hope you enjoyed the match, maman (sorry, tweets). Well our manager put out a team today with 4 centre halves, 2 right backs and NO strikers – and we won 3-2! I celebrated with a cadbury’s caramel.

Enjoy the Gambia, Denise. Well jel!

    Night, all.

Thanks for all the lovely comments on the dress! It wouldn’t be something I would think of buying online but I found a random one in the shop and thought why not? :)

Well, a gain of +2lb for me making my total loss this challenge....1lb! Must do better. I've thought about everything I've eaten/drunk over the last 10 days or so and I've eaten very little sweet stuff so this will be down to alcohol, cheese and things like dressings/gravy so I know what to avoid. Kathryn can I have 5lb for the next challenge please which would take me to target.

Back later when I've caught up with the thread.

A gain of 2.5lbs for me however this gain has not nibbled into my stone loss overall and I'm going to do my damnedest to lose it next week. Out for a curry tonight and then line drawn. Onwards and upwards.
