    What a disappointment. I thought it was time for new books too. I don't feel so bad about not going to WI for a few weeks now.:)


    I've just had a sort out of my freezers and updated the inventory as it had gone a bit haywire in recent weeks. I've taken out some mince to make Bolognese sauce when I get back this evening.

    I am trying to eat as much as possible out the freezers so at least i can turn one off while not here

    Evening everyone and welcome to the newbies - sure there'll be more joining us in the new year!

    I've had a lovely Christmas - just got back from visiting relatives for a few days so a very mixed bag, foodwise. I've tried to make the best choices I could but it's hard when others are in charge of food and I would have hated to seem 'fussy'. I am now craving fresh vegetables and fruit so I need to do a food plan and shop tomorrow. I'll weigh tomorrow am for the end of this challenge before I set my target for the next one because I'm determined to get to my target weight for the start of (hopefully) better weather.
