Hello all,
I honestly can’t remember if I’ve posted this already but it’s plus2 for me this week. Little bit of over indulgence over Christmas. Another one ending this challenge on a gain. Oops
Never mind, it’s my mindset from here on that is important. I do feel positive and confident that I can get back the momentum to lose. As ever I’m inspired by everyone on here. DAWYLDTHING, you have done so well to reach your first target. Very inspiring. Good luck for the next challenge.
I’m still in the elusive elevens and would like to get to the lower end of this so for this challenge I would like to set myself a goal of 7 lbs please Kathryn. I think this is more achievable than my last higher target.
I’d def like to join the steps challenge SUNSHINE. My Fitbit is already set to 12000 which I usually surpass. Hitting the 20 will be hard consistently but I’m up for the challenge. I tried to reach 25000 by Christmas Day by increasing 500 per day but it was tough especially with some rubbish weather thrown in. I have injuries left over from an accident so things can be tough physically but the benefits of walking both physical and mental make me push on through the difficulties where possible.Weight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -
We now have a thread for the new challenge https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5766275
This challenge finishes Monday night, and I will post the last chart on Tuesday, although it might be a bit later than normal as it will be a busy morning for me.Zebras rock0 -
Oops, hit the submit button too soon. Thankfully no daft spelling mistakes!
Wishing everyone a Happy New Year and a huge thank you to you all for the support, advice, commiserations, laughs and general loveliness xxWeight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -

Totally feel the same, and as an early in the week weigher, I am already aiming towards my first weigh in of the new challenge. Unfortunately star week and not being to well seem to be putting pay to all my good intentionsZebras rock0 -
