Hiya
Just a quick post before I go to sleep. SSM- end of April is my rugby club awards bash. The long term posters on here know this usually sends me into a weight loss frenzy (which doesn’t usually work as I lose about a stone and then lose interest) however last year I was so miserable around all the gorgeous WAGs in their slinky dresses- I was wearing a gorgeous dress but it was a size 24 and too tight and I felt utterly miserable.
However as I have already lost 2 stone 3.5lbs I’m in a better place than what I usually am.
I’ve bought a dress- it’s very daring for me! It’s bodycon and doesn’t look great at the moment but I am in it- I just need to make myself look a bit better in it!
Here it is:

Really want to try and do some exercise but I’m in such pain with my back and legs at the moment that I don’t dare try
Rugby team lost as well to a dubious penalty try in the LAST KICK of the match :mad: my player scored a try though- I was so happy I jumped up to celebrate and my scarf slid off and into a muddy puddle

The little book of soups is fabulous isn't it? I recently made the BNS one and its gorgeous.
Which DVD do you do?
I was gutted I couldn't find my copy but it's easily replaced
i do Charlotte Crosby's 3 minute belly blitz - i could do with getting a second really for variety but I can't settle on one
Today:
breakfast: 2 eggs with mushrooms and red pepper
lunch: will be homemade soup. Carrot and cauli today
tea: probably leftover lasagne (6syns) with salad (spinach, tomato, cucumber, beetroot)
snacks: sweetclems, strawberries
Got to do a run to the skip and the garage today (followed by another garage run once the christmas stuff comes down! on Monday) and then I'm going to sew the rest of the day me thinks. I cut some doll accessories out last night for little one (very very basic) so want to get those together before she comes home!************************************

We have the Charlotte Crosby DVD and I've bought my daughter the new one for Christmas. I saw her new recipe and exercise book yesterday and am tempted to buy it. I really like Richard Callander. My husband and I still do The Biggest Loser DVD however I do fancy a change. We also own the last Davina McCall DVD which has been played once! Another old favourite of mine is the Rosemary Conley Salsacise which is great if you just want to dance,Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I love your dress so much I thought I would order one... then I saw the only sizes available.... I was bigger than the sizes available when I was born!!TakeItEazy wrote: »Morning all

Tie, it is horrible when people are ill over Christmas....relax and enjoy.
The routine of work comes back all too soon, and allows much better eating routines x100 -
Sorry to hear that Mr tie is poorly but you did well to eat stollen and only gain 2 lbs tie!
Loving your dress MrsR. It'll be more versatile for other nights out than a ball dress too. Of course we remember your Awards Evenings, legendary!:D
I'm glad you said it's OK to take down the Christmas decs lush. I'm tired of ours already.:( It is good to get back to normal though especially on the food front. I'm going to finish off my cherry liqueurs in the next couple of days and then stop the off plan eating. I have quite a lot of cheese around but I think I'll freeze the unopened ones and get it out periodically for DH to eat.
Today's plans are a bit uncertain. DH wants to go to the pub to watch us being annihilated by MUFC and eat there:eek:. If we do, I'll stick to steak, salad and a JP if possible. I've had a SW breakfast (fried egg, mushrooms and tomatoes) and lunch will probably be soup. Wine syns will definitely be consumed.:D0 -
Love the dress MRs R.
A no goer for me as I hate my upper arms.

Love the dress Mrs R. They've sold out of my size so no good for me!
As we're going away this week I've decided to use up all the "off plan" food from the freezer, that way any gain this week and over the next couple of weeks can all be worked on when we're back.
Not sure if I've mentioned we're not going to France after all? DH has decided it's too cold so we're off to somewhere hot - The Gambia! Going half board but it looks as though there'll be plenty of salads, cold meats etc at the buffet. A la carte will be a different matter, of course!
Today's plan:
B - mushroom omelette
L - small piece of french stick (7 syns?); sausage (4 syns?) brown sauce 1 syn
D - HM beef stew; mash
HEA - milk
HEB - no idea but maybe crackers or Alpen Lights
Syns - As above 12 syns? may also have a couple of G&Ts

Lucky you Denise.
The Gambia sounds fab & will be warm
