I haven't had kippers for an age but I don't remember them being that high syn. Which brand do you have?
I have Youngs frozen boil in the bag ones. Unfortunately my OH doesn't like them so when I have them I have to eat the whole bag.
I was just taking the value from the generic value in the Food optimising book (p70, boil in the bag kippers with butter)Moneysaverme wrote: »Hi All,

Good news is that Young's are 4 syns but I would try the Sainsbury's ones, they're really good.p00hsticks wrote: »I have Youngs frozen boil in the bag ones. Unfortunately my OH doesn't like them so when I have them I have to eat the whole bag.
Some really great losses today. I'm full of admiration especially this week of all weeks. Well done! :T
We had a miserable 1-1 draw greentiger . It was dire. Hideous long ball, kick and rush stuff. Hopefully there are 3 teams worse than us.
DH loved the chicken pie AND I've had chocolate. :xmassmile0 -
