I haven't had kippers for an age but I don't remember them being that high syn. Which brand do you have?

I have Youngs frozen boil in the bag ones. Unfortunately my OH doesn't like them so when I have them I have to eat the whole bag.

I was just taking the value from the generic value in the Food optimising book (p70, boil in the bag kippers with butter)
    Hi All,
Just to report a -1.5 loss this week.

Well done both of you :T
  • I joined three weeks ago! Had a gain my first week and the second week lost what I gained :D:D so not the best start! I panicked!

Good news is that Young's are 4 syns but I would try the Sainsbury's ones, they're really good. :)

Some really great losses today. I'm full of admiration especially this week of all weeks. Well done! :T

We had a miserable 1-1 draw greentiger . It was dire. Hideous long ball, kick and rush stuff. Hopefully there are 3 teams worse than us. :(

DH loved the chicken pie AND I've had chocolate. :xmassmile

D - Beef stew, mash, brussel tops

    HEA - milk
HEB - no idea at the moment - will see what, if anything, I fancy later
