Ok it's over for another year (yippee!). Unsurprisingly I went off plan, it could have been worse but it's still a big refined carb hit. WI on Weds so tomorrow Extra Easy SP. Not done before, any easy suggestions for a vegetarian please? Thank you.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

I've used a mixed bean goulash recipe from thegirlcalledjack website (now cookingonabootstrap) suitably made SW friendly which you could have. Just serve with some stir fried cabbage and other veg.

There is a similar type of bean casserole on the SW website (https://group.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/vegetarian-spicy-bean-casserole.aspx) which comes from the EESP recipe page. Well worth a look at the menu plan there for some other ideas - although most of the recipes do tend to be for non-vegetarians.

If you look at the "Features" tab and search for Vegan you may also find some suitable recipes there which you could use to make some other meals.

Hope those ideas are useful Caterina.

Greentiger - if you've only had a 0.6lb gain from Christmas day you have done amazingly well! I haven't actually weighed but I'm sure my gain will much more. Not actually weighing this week as I'm off on holiday for a month next week and was in target range before Christmas so no need (thankfully!).

We were at DD2s yesterday and it was definitely an off plan day for me yesterday, although I didn't have any of the gravy which was made with the beef juices! I probably ended up on about 60 or 70 syns, although I didn't keep count.

More or less back on plan now until we go away.

    Today's plan:

    B - Fry up
L - cold meats; boiled potatoes & beans; pickles for speed
    D - Steak, chips, onions

HEA - milk in drinks as usual
    HEB - crackers
Syns - butter & cheese on crackers

Oops that turned into a bit of an essay.

Thank you Denise bean casserole is a brilliant idea and I have cooked beans in the fridge! Will make beans and sausages with the Linda Mc rosemary ones which are free! Sorted!

Glad to have been of help Caterina. Hope you've found some additional ideas as well.

Jack Monroe's website is pretty good for vegetarian recipes.

I think they are trying to kill me!

For my pigs in blankets, I cut a SW sausage up, and wrapped it in bacon with the fat removed. :D:D:D

Welcome, I cannot believe it is the beginning of a new challenge. It is my last chance to get the weight off before the trip.
