    Delighted for you, MissT, lush and dusty.

    Chin up, bubbs, it’ll probably go next week.

    Unfortunately I am now off to Egypt for Xmas
    so I threw 11 stones

    Ha ha, love how things can be selectively edited, Miss T and Caterina!

    Denise, your DH has the right idea.

    Not doing well SW here ☹ Just can’t get motivated at all. I think I’m peeved because I DON’T have any chocolate so bread and cheese (and butter) have been standing in, and you’d be amazed at how much of that I can consume. I’d be better off with chocolate when I’m in this frame of mind.

    Did you see melons are 2 for 2.50 in Tesco?

    Morning all.

    -2lb for me this week, which takes me over 2 stone lost in total :)

    For me Christmas starts here, and I have a few treats planned but am going to try to stay on plan as far as possible - especially as we're probably going away for New Year so my final weigh in of the year may have to be on Wednesday or Thursday.

    Plan for today;

    Brunch: Kipper and wholemeal bread (HEXB)
    Tea; 'chow mein' (onions, peppers, mushrooms, chilli beef strips with noodles)
    Snacks: 35g reduced fat cheddar (HEXA), melon, clementines, lemon muller light, dark chocolate

    syns: 3.5 for chilli beef, 4 for kipper (boil in the bag with butter), 6.5 for 25g dark chocolate

    Hope everyone has a very happy christmas and enjoys themselves without being too syn-ful ;)
