There's a syn free onion gravy on the SW website. It's quite nice as long as you blitz it well.

Evening all
Back on plan today. My mum (who usually tells me off when I go off plan) says I should just go off plan for a week and to hell with the consequencesI’ve been off plan since Monday though and I thought I really should get back on plan for a few days.
Long day travelling today- and then when I got in I had to unpack my massive case- did two loads of washing, had tea, put away the other washing OH had done, then I cleared out my box of smellies in preparation for no doubt getting more of them Monday. I have four posh toiletry bags full of loads of skin care bits and body butter- was going to take them to the charity shop tomorrow but my consultant posted on our group Facebook page asking for unwanted chocs, biscuits, smellies etc for Cancer Research UK to raffle to raise money so I’m going to take them into group. There’s some lovely stuff but it’s just gathering dust as i’ll never use it.
Today’s menu:
B: 2 x boiled eggs with 2 x crackerbread (2) melon, decaf coffee with HEXA
L: Boots Shapers sushi (1 syn) Boots Shapers Sweet Chilli Chicken rice salad (2.5) Shapers prawn cocktail spirals (3.5) spinach and egg protein pot, Shapers cloudy lemonade
Snack: melon and mixed berries, HEXB HiFis, decaf coffee
T: SW ready meal, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, baby corn, sugar snaps. Fab lolly (4) water
Syns: 17 (including 4 for advent calendar chocs)

That's good caterina . :TIf you can average 1.5 a week it'll give you a guide to how long to target. That's what happened to me. It was an average including off plan holidays as I can't imagine you can go to Italy and stay on plan.
Incidentally, how much would you like to lose overall or haven't you thought that far ahead?
The consultant sort of forced a figure out of me so I threw 11 stones, which for me at my age is very skinny. I said so and she asked "Well don't you want to be skinny" no, I don't! I think 12 st is much more realistic and pleasing to the eye. l look at some before and after pics and think there IS such thing as "too thin"!Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
Morning, ladies (and any gents??)
STS for me today - that'll be the Baileys :rotfl:. Unfortunately I didn't stop at two....
Caterina I agree that being 'skinny' isn't a good look for everyone, especially over 50s. As everything starts to head south I think we need a little fat to hold everything up, especially our faces!
Bubbs don't be disappointed with your STS - you've had this little blip before and got back on it.
Todays menu
B Bran flakes fruit and yoghurt
L JP with cottage cheese and salad
D TBC - depends what I can find in the freezer.
Have a good day0 -
Morning - I haven't posted my menus for a couple of days but I've been keeping to plan.
Today;
Brunch; ham salad sandwich (HEB), red pepper slices, 35g reduced fat cheddar (HEX)
Dinner: home-made burgers (5% fat mince), potatoes, parsnips, peas
Snacks; red pepper, banana, dates (3.5 syns) and whatever speed fruit I can find in our local shops today0
