    Food today.

    Breakfast
Chopped apple, yog and cereal (Hex A & B)
Lunch - 2 apples, 1 banana, 1 tomato... and the petrol station I went to sold carrots - so I had 2!
Tea - rice, beef curry (chopped toms, spices, loads of veg (onion, carrots, courgettes, mushrooms... and various other stuff OH found).

It is lovely to be back on semi-normal food.

I have to say that munching carrots whilst I am at work is perfect, they are the most ideal mobile food. Whether I do another few speed days depends on what the scales say on Sunday.

    CHRISTMAS DAY WITH A SINNER

Christmas day begins with opening presents with the kids who break open a selection box and a few Quality Street (18). Breakfast is, cornflakes (10), full milk (9) and sugar (4) with a slice of toast (4) butter (10) and jam (3), well it is Christmas morning. Then a quality Street big one for a snack (13)

The next-door neighbours pop round for a mince pie (12), bucks fizz (8) and a sherry for the road (3.5).

Whilst peeling the vegetables our sinner sips a glass of wine (9) – well it is Christmas.

For lunch she has roast goose with crispy skin (36), 4 roast potatoes (16), roast parsnips (6), stuffing (4) and gravy made with the juices (7), carrots and sprouts all washed down with 3 glasses of wine (27). Luxury Christmas pudding (24) follows with clotted cream (19) and brandy sauce (16). This is then followed by Stilton (16) a glass of port (4) and 4 crackers (8). She then has a lie down for a sleep and wakes up in time for the Queens speech, a few Quality Street (20) and a handful of nuts (17), washed down with a glass of wine (9) to keep the alcohol levels up.

For her evening meal she has cold meat, sausage roll (14), pork pie (20), handful of crisps (7) and green salad. This is followed by a slice of gateaux (25). A small piece of Christmas cake (25) and a glass of champagne (5.5), sherry trifle (14.5) and 2 mince pies (24). Her day is finished off by a nice relaxed evening watching the television drinking half a bottle of Baileys (60).

Total syns for the day 523.5

    I aim for...

Wake up, OH makes me a lovely large steamy cup of green tea which I drink whilst he rubs my feet. Before the silence of the house is broken by the kids waking, I have fruit, yoghurt and cereal (HEX A&B). The kids wake and open their presents, whilst I drink a cup of fruit tea.

For lunch we have prawn salad (green salad, prawns, sauce Quark, tomato puree and mustard powder), turkey, cauliflower, carrots, peas etc. with SW roast pot and parsnips... the naughty part gravy. Pudding is a wonder fruit salad....

How can I make sin free gravy!

ooh and there will be gin in the evening!

    Evening everyone.

I have been very good today...until I found a bottle of Baileys Orange Truffle flavour in one of the many supermarkets I've visited today. Not my usual tipple but I'm on number 2 as I type and I don't want to know the syns!

We're having duck on Christmas Day and the reason I went to no less than 4 supermarkets today was in search of a duck... if anyone else is looking Asda came up trumps. It was a close call for the ducks at the nearby reservoir.

I'll be weighing in tomorrow, but next week will be a day late as we're travelling home on Friday - I hope this is OK as I want to know where I'm at for the end of the challenge.

    Have a good night all.
