    Todays menu
    Breakfast/lunch
    1 bag of carrots
    6 tomato
    2 banana
    1 apple
    Tea
    sprouts
    carrots
    peas
    parsnips
    sweet pot
    cauliflower
beef (from joint) in chopped toms.

I always offer people some fruit/veg...whilst people accept banana and apples.. until today everyone has refused carrots... I have a carrot buddy now!

I don't know the ins and outs, but everyone seems to pay such a lot of weekly subs, and then people help on the social club, and take in for the taster sessions. I am amazed at just how much good will there is in the groups.
