    Afternoon all.

Thanks for the chart Kathryn and well done on regaining your 4 st shiny!
    Congrats Dawyldthing on SOTW.

    Todays menu
B Bran flakes berries yoghurt and honey
L Cauli soup, 3 crispbreads with 1 LF cheese triangle, apple
D As I'm out at a buffet party tonight I want to have something so I'm not hungry when presented with a pastry overdose, as has been the case in the past! So maybe bacon mushrooms and tomatoes.
Syns for honey, crispbreads and cheese = 5.5 so far, plus anything I have later on.

    Tomorrows plan
B As today (lots of defrosted berries to use up!)
L The last of the soup, tuna with either salad or JP
D HM chicken curry, veggie one for the veggie (and for the meat eaters to share....)

My consultant does groups on Mondays and Tuesdays. Between Christmas and New year she is doing Wednesday instead, then the first week in January she is just doing the Tuesday groups.

Definitely think it is worth going in between, to help keep slightly on track

I will def be going:o but need to find a new group for 4 weeks in jan

Tempted to use what I have in my cupboard and not syn them. I mean, it's not as if the ingredients or calories in them have changed, just how SW calculate the syns.

Will have to find something else though. At one point I was doing homemade pot noodles. They are more work to prep them, but when it comes to heating it up and eating it, they are as easy as a bought pot noodle.

Wondering if I prepped the veg, meat and herbs, would they freeze ok, so I could do lots of prep in one go

    Afternoon
Still bored, still housebound. OH is going to take me to WI tomorrow but I’m not going to uni tomorrow as I’m not confident I can get home. The roads are still terrible- I live on one of the main thoroughfares through the village and no cars can get up it! My new SW mag came through the door this afternoon though- my assignment has gone out the window :D
    Today’s menu:
B: HEXB bran flakes with part HEXA. Decaf coffee with HEXA remainder.
L: Fruity chicken (from 100 days of extra easy book) extra salad. 2 x HiFi bars (6), water
T: Bolognaise on a bed of mixed veg, Fab lolly (4 syns) hot NAS Vimto
S: Bag of Walkers French Fries (4.5)
Syns: 18.5 (including my two advent calendar chocs)

All is fine here- I haven’t posted a WI for between the 5th and 11th because I WI at Group usually on Mondays but as I’m snowbound I’m not able to WI until tomorrow- so i’ll post a WI for the 12th-18th tomorrow and then I weigh again on the 18th so i’ll wait until the 19th to post my WI for that week.
I will be weighing on the 27th so that will be up to date for week 9. Hope that makes sense?
I saw about the syn values for the pot snacks on my Group FB Page and I was a bit surprised. I did wonder why the area manager, whose answer o everything was ‘MugShot’ had been suspiciously quiet about them! I don’t eat any of those type things but I know a lot of people relied on them.
Hope all is well with everyone xx

Good to see more losses coming in.:)

Let us know how you get on with the moussaka poohsticks. Cheese sauce was one of the things I missed when I started SW. I'll add cauliflower cheese and dauphinoise potatoes to my list of Christmas treats.:)

Were the same maman - forgot xmas day and New Years days on a Monday so might try and weigh inbetween but if not the weigh first Monday in new year and hope I don't put too much on

Sorry if I misled you. Because I got back into target range last week:D I don't have to book a holiday if I don't go to WI. Anyone still getting to target has to pay whether they go or not unless they book a holiday although I think consultants can waive it if they want especially if you're group's not running on the usual day.

Good luck with the nibbles esmy and anyone else with a party to go to. Be strong!:A

Not too late bubbs. I'm interested to try it. I have eaten a bit more but I'm going to put what's left in the freezer and try your recipe when I've got veg in. So you put onions and carrots? mushrooms?what else? in the SC with sliced beef. What do you use for the gravy or is that LO from Sunday lunch?:)
