Just ate.
Todays food has been
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of ham (thin), 2 carrots.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of ham (thin), 2 carrots, 3 tomato
Just ate Tea: broccoli, carrots, peas, swede, mince and onion... I was starving and trying to not return to the kitchen for more!100 -

Parties with buffets it's possible, but meals it's not possible.
But have already ordered food for meals and picked reasonably sensibly, although allergies, intollerances and dietary restrictions had to be taken in to account before SW friendlinessZebras rock0 -
Hi gang, I'm back! I didn't intend being incommunicado, but chaos is reigning chez greentiger. I haven't read back (too lazy/not enough time at the moment, but I will get there).
kathrynha, last week (4/12) was +1lb for me, and this week (yesterday) I had -1.8lbs, so I haven't forgotten you all completely.
That's 3 unbeaten matchdays for the Bairns now - well you can't be beaten when your game is postponed! #clutching at straws, sob sob!

Glad to see a number of you that hadn't posted are still around and okay, and even with some good losses. Miss people when they don't post.
Another day and 2 Christmas events today. One meal and one party.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - porridge and fruit
Lunch - meal out, but already picked what I am eating so it isn't too bad. Steamed dumplings for starter (better than something fried), and then some Philippino chicken dish with rice, which I think other than the oil used to brown the chicken might be syn free.
Dinner - HM curry. Need to cook for family but might not have much if I'm full from lunch
Evening - party, but reckon I can easily avoid eating anything with a little willpower.
HA - milk
HB - Oats
Syns - some in dumplings and probably some oil, but think I should come in under 15Zebras rock0 -
After the STS week I was very good for 3 days, and jumped on the scales this morning ;-)) We are doing another long walk tonight.
Katrynha, on the next challenge, could I ask that this ends on or just before the 21.3.18 if possible....... this is when we go to Thailand for 5 weeks.
This is only the second time I have been on a diet, the motivation was surviving a flight to Thailand as the last time I flew there my legs swelled for a week afterwards. I felt I needed to weigh one stone less than last time, but when I got on the scales I weighed 1.5 stone more than I thought I did. :-(((
We are going for DS1 wedding, he is not aware that I have been on a diet, and not seen me during this time, photographs on FB are banned.:D:D
I am aiming to make the 3 stone loss for this weeks weigh in and would like to be 11 stone something for the trip... which will be a big loss but also means that I have a large box of holiday clothes that will fit me...it is probably unachievable. But hey ho...worth a go!100 -
