Weighed in with a 1.5lb loss. Very happy with that. Takes me back to exactly 4 stone total loss.
And my social life ain't that great. 3 of the parties I am there as a responsible adult in a room full of kids!
Delighted for you kathrynha and even better that you got your 4 stone back! :T
Beware of children's parties, it's too easy to nibble at stuff you don't even want just to get through it.
bubbs , how do you make your SC beef? I was just chewing a piece LO from yesterday and thought I have enough to make a meal. Let me know before I eat it all.0 -

Sunshinemummy~~your OH made you go on a 10k steps walk~~eek.
He is evil, he started a while ago making me walk a set route, part of it goes over a footbridge... he built this up to 7,500 steps.
Now he makes me do 10,000 steps including go up and down the bridge 5.5 x on each side... he walks so fast I need to nearly run. When I started the diet I struggled to walk around the block... now I am power walking for 1 hour 20 minutes and have a low blood pressure/heart rate at the end. We are now discussing what to add to the walk to push the fitness/calorie burn. I do benefit from him being evil to me!100 -
Well lunch wasn't too bad synwise, worked it out at about 9 syns for starter & pud; main course was free because it was beef casserole with cabbage, cauli & brocolli. Most of the syns came from the wine!
Only have 7 syns left to last me tomorrow and Wednesday - I can do it! I will do it! I just have to leave the alcohol alone for a couple of days.
Wasn't very hungry when we got home tonight so only had a gammon sandwich so HEB + 0.5 for spread.

Had some good walks in the snow yesterday & today so definitely getting the body magic in!
Also met up with a PT tonight and although we only had a 45min session I’m completely cream crackered so will sleep tonight.
Food wise I’ve been veering off plan but not too much -but still enough to make me sure whether I’ll weigh in Wednesday - in all honesty I think it will be a case of weighing Wednesday morning and making the call then.
Well done on the exercise. I have to admit a PT would kill me off in a matter of minutes. What did he/she get you doing?
It is worth remembering that loosing weight based on calories in and calories out.... you have increased the calories out so your weigh in should be fine, try to not worry. You should be proud of yourself xxx100 -

Not sure anyone has ever thought me a responsible adult & I am a lot older than you:rotfl:Sunshinemummy wrote: »Responsible adults.... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Sunshinemummy wrote: »beanie, I would never describe you as a responsible adult.... but I think we would have a great night out together!!

Not sure how responsible I am at times. Sometimes you look around the room for the adult in charge, then go 'oh s**t, it's me' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Zebras rock0 -
A day early for me, but the start of another SW week. An 8 day one this time, but with 6 parties/meals out. Plan is definitely to be good when I can.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - porridge and fruit
Lunch - pasta salad
Dinner - meatballs
Evening - party
HA - milk and cheese
HB - oats
Syns - salad dressing (1), then party.
Tonight's party plan is to decline as much food as I politely can then dump as much food as I can on to my daughters plateZebras rock0 -
Good idea to have dinner before the party as you'll be less inclined to pick at stuff!
Not sorted out today's plan properly yet as it was going to be a Green day originally but as we ate out yesterday we didn't have the LO gammon so will be having that tonight which means a Green day is out. Hoping I can change it to a Red day as I had 2 HEBs planned!
