then we had to have our adored cat put to sleep a week after we got home from the funeral. We've both been on such a downer ever since.

Sorry to have gone on about this. It's hard to open up about it to people in RL as they'd probably think ''it's only a cat, get over it''.

Carbootcrazy I am so sorry to read this. :( :grouphug:

I have never had a pet, apart from when DS had fish and I had to look after them. Despite this, I do know how real it is to lose a pet, as they are family, despite what people think (who don't have pets, excluding me).

I am so sorry for you and OH.

No wonder you went offline and were so quiet :(

I hope you can take comfort in the fact your cat found their way home to you, to see you and see your love, and although it couldn't have been easy for you telling the Vet to send your cat over the rainbow bridge.

Know that your cat passed knowing he was loved dearly and had a very good home life with you. xxxx

well once again I apologise for being awol.

seems like real life is taking it's toll on a lot of us on this thread.

I am having my fair share of problems in real life and will not bore you all with it. but that's why I haven't been posting much, although I have been making money, I have too... the dreaded december is coming up.

I did a market research online survey last week and got paid £60 amazon today. that paid for 1 birthday present and 1 Xmas present.

I am doing another market research on Tuesday up in London for which I will get paid £45.

I am doing surprisingly well with swagbucks, and managed to cash out earlier in the week and think I may cash out this weekend too.

And I don't do lots of surveys either! the odd offer, run the apps twice a day and the check list down the side.

Hope you all managed to complete and submit your swago board earlier.

(oh and I managed to catch the mouse which has been the bane of my life the last 3 weeks. I outsmarted it accidentally!)
  • Another hectic week for me, sorry i have not been able to post as much hopefully should quiet down in next couple of weeks for me, anyway i made £35.87 yesterday matched betting and £34 today

Hey Swagbucking experts. I am still playing with trying to make some real money with Swagbucks and finding the routine which works for me. I can see in the apps you can favourite videos, but I can only seem to do this for Indymusic and not any of the others. Is that right? I am on iPhone..

I signed up and tried to use it. I really couldn't get on with it, so I have just let my account rot.

I am sure some of the other members on here use is successfully.

Thanks. May play around with it in a quiet (!) moment to see if I can get on with it. Anything's worth a try!

have you read the guide I linked to? that was from a new user who found all the profitable ways to make the site work.

once you get past 500 points, it gets much easier

Yes, thanks for that guide - I am working my way very slowly through it, but only have very short periods of time free and keep dipping in and out which is slow progress. I didn't quite realise things take ages to credit, so I don't see them until the next day. Doesn't help when I am a) trying to figure out whether I completed something properly and b) trying to get to a certain figure for the day. May take me a while to get to grips with it as I am still getting my head round Swagbucks too, although cashing out £5 a week there so getting better on that one! Only got 50 points at the moment on Instagc!

I'm definitely not an expert but I can favourite on all the apps and I have an iPhone. They all have a short clips section now which seem to be comedians telling short jokes so you could run that play list for quick videos. Good luck

Yes I think you are limited on iPhone. Do you have a sainsbury nearby? Do you have a spare, £15?
