NSD 8/12
I have spent the day ticking things off the to do list. Pleased with progress but now have another one just as long. Still, a lot of things that were there for a while are now gone and the new list has a lot of items which will only take a few minutes to complete. Consequently I'm feeling quite good and organised today. Healthy homemade soup for dinner (from bits and pieces in the fridge) and chicken for the boy (from freezer). Must organize some thing for tomorrow but there's loads in there. No exercise but can't have everything, I suppose. I'll make up for it tomorrow - got to go and vote in our council bi-election.
DFD - Hope you feel a bit better soon. Please keep posting even if it's only to say "hello".
Hope everyone else has a good day.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0 -
Thank you greent and Toni'sfriend, I will be sure to pop in soon.Change the way you see things and the things you see will change0

Hugs Debtfreeduo.
No sleep again. Went for the hooks and the cash and carry was out of stock so will have to prioritise - good because I can 'do' one or two things rather than worry abou a long list of things to do.
Got flustered and went to crafts early - killed another alarm clock the other day and have been using the laptop to tell the time. Today I was using the phone and it was wrong.
Was going to buy food there but the kitchen was closed beacause there was an event happening- however receptionist said they would be finishing at 1pm and she wouls bring out the keftover buffet. Free food all day including strawberry gateau.
Used the extra time to practice angeis - 3 different types. Also started to cover a 'wreath' (2 cardboard circles) with wool. More eating than crafting but everyone did something, has something to do next week and had something to take home (as well as food for tea).
Food arrived late, driver was extremely apologetic but it was the schrduling people who had got it wrong. Ds3 has helpfully brought some of the toilet rolls upstairs - unfortunately he dumped them all on my bed.
Have to do homework before tomorrow's therapy and will have an early night. Tomorrow is baking for the Christmas fair day, so busy again.
Today I am grateful for free food (absolutely deliious) for craft things working first time (some things I was only going off a drawing, one angel I last did over 40 years ago andsome things I made up as I went along, for a stress free session (two of us comforted a group member who was 'missing her mum' who died in February) and for food deliveries (only dealt with the fridge stuff so far, the rest can wait - might be better to do the baking first). One lot out, one lot in.My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0 -
