Are you trying to get Sanatnder to send you forms to add a DD mandate to one of their existing accounts?

Yes, I want to add a DD mandate for my esaver account.

I cant see anything on the list called a Flexible saver????

    https://www.santander.co.uk/info/savings/savings-range

I understand that the Flexible Saver account is no longer available to new customers.

But if someone already has one then it will accept DDs.

Yes aj23 the PO Online Saver only allows 1 nominated current account to be attached to the Online Saver. However each different PO Online Saver can have a different nominated current account.

So unlike Tesco Internet Saver before the DD facility was withdrawn you can only have 1 DD connected to the PO Online Saver. Therefore if you have many current accounts that require a DD, then you would have to have multiple savers.
You can't set DD mandates on the new crop of eSaver accounts. There are some older eSaver accounts where you can do this. However, you are limited to three DD mandates per account. This limit isnt published anywhere, but it's what they told me when I attempted to fix the Tesco problem by shifting multiple DD mandate to my old eSavers.
You're quoting a post about Post Office accounts but your comments seem to be about Santander ones?

That's the wonder of a slipped finger whilst using a tablet! I have deleted that that reply and redone it.

I can't believe someone would need 10 Post Office accounts to pay direct debits into?

3 x Bank of Scotland; 1 x Lloyds; 1 x Halifax; 2 x Tesco; 1 x M&S; 1 x TSB; 1 x Co-Op current accounts all requiring direct debits to meet conditions for interest or rewards (although not all of them are Post Office direct debits). That's why I've got 10 Post Office accounts. And I keep a certain balance in those Post Office accounts, as they are reasonable interest rates. And the direct debits are for minimum amounts of £5 (with varying amounts so that I can distinguish them in current account statements)
I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

So back tracking here and rounding up all of the info

You can set up DDs with Santander using the downloaded form someone mentioned earlier but only for 3 accounts

eSaver - but only the older versions
Cash ISA - possibly the easy ISA would count
Flexible Saver - not available now

So for anyone new to Santander or a least newish then the only option is setting up a cash ISA

Or its back to opening PO savers as you need them

You can set up DDs with the current eSaver that's open to anyone: https://www.santander.co.uk/uk/savings/esaver

You can also set up DDs with their Everyday Saver (not mentioned but it's an eligible account): https://www.santander.co.uk/uk/savings/everyday-saver

So Steve XX quoting their staff says you can't use DDs to fund the listed accounts.

You say you can - and provide links...but, as far as I can see, the content doesn't confirm that capability.

So why are you sure you can?

    Three reasons:

    1. Because their staff informed me I could.

    2. I then asked if they could send my 10 x DD mandate forms, they said they can't until I open an eligible account, I opened an eSaver, I re-requested the forms and they sent them out.

    3. They've been set up on my eSaver.
