Offer £250 to switch to Clydesdale, Yorkshire or B

Condition #6 from the B Current Account £250 switch T&Cs (https://www.youandb.co.uk/resources/e6ff10a6-1b40-4e44-82bb-c58130a1a538/149904_250_Cashback_DU250TCS.pdf):
Log into one or more of the following digital services provided by CYB, within 62 days of the switch completion date - Internet Banking, Mobile Banking apps or the B App;
So, given that I have accessed (and will continue to access) my B account through Clydesdale's Internet Banking service, I do not need to download and access the B app on my smartphone to qualify for the £250, is that correct?0 -
That is my understanding. Just remember you need to log in after the switch has taken place.0
-
If you log in to account before switching there is no 250?The world is not ruined by the wickedness of the wicked, but by the weakness of the good. Napoleon0

You need to credit your new account with a total of at least £1,000 within the 31 days following the completion of the switch. If your switch has not yet completed, the transfer in and out that you have already made does not count.Just to update myself for reference, the first 1k transfer in and out has been done, the DD from my 2x the Tesco savings accounts are due to pull £1 each on November 8 (2x DD in 62 days box ticked) and I have logged in to the B app.
Outstanding:
The switch to complete.
Pay in another 1k after 31 days.Evolution, not revolution0 -
Ah yes, will just shuffle it in and out again when the switch is done in a week or so then 32 days after that.0

Anyone had this issue? Tried to sign up last night (both myself and my partner) and at end of process was faced with something along the lines of:We need more time to consider your application. Our team will look at your application and you will get an email within 2 working days.
We both have good credit and have never had any accounts within CYBG. What are the chances we get accepted after that message?0 -

Don't worry too much, I had the same message upon completing my application. I gave the a call actually and they just asked me to send them some ID, which I uploaded to their online system, following day I was confirmed as accepted. So applied Monday morning accepted Tuesday morning. Give them a call though as it may speed things up re your ID check :-)0 -
I initially had an error message when submitting the form.
Rang again today and they cancelled my app and re-did it over the phone so it should be sorted now. Just have to wait for an email to say if I've been accepted.
I asked the operator if he is working overtime.
He said they are working 8-8, paid double time, overtime offered, and travel paid. Plus, they are being asked to work the weekend. He is fed up with it lol0 -
How are you all having such success.
I have spent ages on this now and am getting nowhere. I’ve had errors on the webpages, I’ve been asked for passwords I don’t have, I’ve been ignored on twitter, and when I call them it tells me to go online then cuts me off.
Shockingly bad. No wonder they have to bribe people £250 to join them.0 -

How long until online applications will be up & running? When will you pull the deal?

Hi Helen, we don’t have a time as to when this issue will be fixed. The offer should be running for a few weeks. Thanks, Jay.https://twitter.com/yorkshirebank/status/923146082816753665
