Oh I also meant to add, Organise: I went through the cupboards and supplies in the bathroom to see how much I have in the way of cosmetic duplicates and have removed all the extra stuff and will just use one lot at a time - the side are much tidier now :)
  • Shopping done. I've not felt this organised in years. :j
Meal plan stuck to the fridge. This will happen!

    Budget: Groceries. 59.23/120
    Fuel: 30/50

My budget is going to go totally wrong already. I've allowed monthly, but DD2 is off for 2 weeks this half term (school refurb) I know this is going to cause a mess. I've some craft things planned, we'll hit some museums and make the most of free passes for swimming I think. Still I am dreading it.

Excerise: Gym - no school walking today, DH's turn.
Always be kind: Donated some games to the local toy bank advertising they needed donations.
Organise: Me time. Took a flask out with me so I didn't tempt myself into spending on coffee. Enjoyed the quiet time tbh even if a little weird.
Christmas: +£10 in the pot. Fund now at £110 - no big purchases to make, this may become Jan sales pot, or new hall carpet pot .
Grateful for: The simple things in life, because they haven't yet figured on how to box that and sell it :rotfl:
Debt Free April 2019:j to July 2019 :( NEW WTC:eek:1,194

    Day 19/31
Still got my cold, had a bad night's sleep but this meant I haven't been out and haven't spent anything :T I had to pay the window cleaner, but his is a regular bill that I pay every 6 weeks - so I am claiming this as a NSD, unless anyone objects :)

ORGANIZE: Nothing specific today, taken it fairly easy apart from cooking and ebay wrapping.

GET READY FOR WINTER: Nothing specific today.

ALWAYS BE KIND: Haven't seen anyone today except OH and the window cleaner. Kinder I think to stay in and keep my germs to myself! :rotfl:

IMPROVISE: Had a packet of filo pastry to use up. I had intended to make a Greek spinach and feta cheese pie, but the caterpillars had eaten most of my spinach and I didn't fancy their leftovers  So I used up lots of bits and pieces from the fridge and freezer and made a cheese, bacon and caramelised onion pastry thing, and a huge curried veggie thing - a bit like a massive samosa, only baked instead of deep fried (?) I didn't have recipes for these, but 'made them up'. OH was raving about the cheese one,and I tried the curry one. The spicing isn't quite right, but it is still nice to eat. There is a lot left for lunches over the next few days too :)

    STOPTOBER: No vices again today!

EXERCISE: None today, awake since 3am :(. OH walked the dog and the post office will have to wait till tomorrow!

ONE MORE TIME: Not great diet wise today, feel yucky and only really want to eat carbs. Haven't eaten much though tbh

    CHRISTMAS: Nothing today

NSD: 6/12. Not been anywhere to spend anything. Had to pay the window cleaner's bill, and hope this doesn't spoil my NSD!

EXTRA INCOME: Did some surveys. Sold a few more bits on ebay. I can use free stamps from RM surveys to post a couple of these. Used mostly recycled packaging, too :)

Dawn - your NSD is safe! Window cleaners are often paid erratically so you can't always pay them on an allocated spendy day.

    Morning all,

Not a SFD yesterday as I bought chocolate but this is in preparation for going to the theatre tonight and to avoid paying extortionate prices there. Today will be spendy as I need to pay for the car park at the theatre, unfortunately there’s no alternative as it’s in town but it’s only £2 after 6pm :) Last day of school today :)

one more time: I gave knitting socks another go - have tried 3 times before and never managed to get further than the heel. But I am the proud own of 1 knitted sock now :D will cast on 2nd probably tomorrow :D

Hope you all have a good day. Obsessing on this at the mo, I'm sure it will settle into a routine. Realised I can claim back a NSD - as only bought yellow stickered and medication things.
Out tonight budgeted £20 to cover parking and unexpected - there is also free food and drink there.
