Any chnace of me claiming now.

I understand that FOS are rejecting claims for credit card fees for £12. Would they uphold any claims for these fees if it could be shown that it has lead to financial hardship.0

My IVA was settled in 2009 on the bases of the creditors accepting a lump sum as a 'full and final settlement'. I recently claimed for PPI on a RBS credit card covered within this. RBS offered a 'good will gesture' of £2800 which I accepted.
They now tell me that they have paid this into my account against the outstanding amount. This greatly surprised me as I no longer have a debt or an account with them. Yes I do have a completion certificate which I forwarded to them.
I am not happy but what should be my next step? :mad:0 -

Hi,
I am not very good at speaking on the telephone and I am looking for a basic letter to send to my credit card issuers to see if I have ever paid for ppi.
Is this the template letter that asks for a copy of the credit agreement on the account?0 -

Is this the template letter that asks for a copy of the credit agreement on the account? This is a step-by-step guide, including template letters, to force your current or old credit card provider(s) to repay the last six years of late payment fees or charges for going beyond your limit.0 -
Hi, Tesco credit card approached me about mis sold ppi for my credit card. I filled out the letter as requested and said I had no idea I'd signed up for ppi when I got the card. They offered me a very small settlement which is better than nothing but here is the issue. Not only do they want an original copy of my marriage cert to show my name change which they had back in 2011 when I got married and changed my name on my cards so I don't know why they need it again but they also want a certified copy of my passport or driving licence. They gave me a list of approved people but I don't know an mp, embassy official or even a police officer or teacher. The bank, drs and post office have refused and a solicitor wants paying! My question is as a card holder do I need to give this or should they just pay up????0
