Must've been for me. In which case, no the letters were not sent Recorded Delivery as I didn't think you could send Recorded Delivery letters to a PO BOX address.0

I had two claims at Court in Northampton one for YB bank charges and one for YB Visa card charges. YB offered a full settlement on the bankcharges claim which I accepted and received the full amount including interest. The second claim for Visa charges was put on hold at court as all other claims were and following the ruling YB have written to me stating they will not uphold my claim. I understand that credit card claims are not covered by this ruling and wonder what my plan of attack should be, on 21st March 2007 the claim was £564.60 am I entitled to claim interest from then till now and what do I do about the court costs and the procedings.0

You need to double check those two claims and make 100% certain that the credit card claim is outstanding. The only reason they would ask for a strikeout if that is what they intend to do is because it is a bank charges one.0 -
Only started my reclaim journey, but sent of letter to COne on Wed, requesting PPI and Late charges. Got a letter back y'day saying that they had the letter and were investigating, I should hear from them in 4 wks. I do appreciate that it is a bog standard response, but was mega impressed that they even acknowledged it.
I shall keep you all posted.

Hi, I had Morgan Stanley and Goldfish cards which have recently been taken over by Barclaycard. Can I still claim back charges on these cards?0
