Can I just ask how long can you claim back for credit card charges, also had a credit card with the Associates which changed to Citifinancial does any one have the address for them, also claiming ppi from them but the address i sent it to all my paperwork was returned saying not there any more. Can any one help.
Just one last question can you claim charges without requesting statements or is that abit too risky just need all my money at the moment to live on .0 -

you can claim the last 6 years.
do you not have a recent statement for the associates? Citi Financial address is :-
Citi Cards
CitiFinancial Customer Services
PO Box 49920
London
SE5 7ZF
Highly advisable you send the £10 and get the statements from them. That way you categorically know ALL the charges instead of them telling you..
Good luck.

Sorry a newbee here. How do you know if you have had PPI added into your credit card bills? It is very obvious with my Virgin card as I had to take it out with the card at the beginning but then stopped it at the earliest point..as for the Barclaycard, A &L and Mint I'm not sure. I want to persue them for late fees and Virgin for the PPI but now sure about the others.. Any help would be fabbo - thanks.0

At the end of your Credit card statement just below where it details where you have spent with your card over the last month they detail the interest charge that has been applied. If you had any kind of PPI or repayment protector, personal protection insurance then it will have an amount that fluctuates in line with whatever your balance. This will be a PPI payment that you had on the card.
So if you have this then start the ball rolling and reclaiming .........If you see a penny, pick it up, all day long you'll have good luck !!!!!!0 -

hi All,
sorry to jump in;
I have an rbs cc account in dispute due to unenforcable CCA. I made a succesful charges claim for last 6 years but rbs paid the money in the account instead of sending it to me. This would usully be ok, but at this time the account is in dispute and I do not wish to make payments until it is resolved.
Do I have a legal right to write back to request they send the money to me??
thanks in advance,0 -
