Sorry guys, but Im ever so slightley confuzzled!!! I've managed to get the 'first' offer from MBNA which is always a quarter of what your actually claiming. Im claiming £1983 and was offered £597. Well obviousley Im not going to accept that, so I now need to go to the next stage. I have read and re read Martins guide and Im still confused as what to do next or which letter to send next.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks.GM Credit Card balance - £895.69Mortgage - £67499.17 - MFiT no. 123Make £10 a day - April 2008 - £158.75/£3000 -

Hello,
I was hoping some one could give me some advice regarding my situation with citi cards (please read my first post above #108) as i dont have long to reply to them.
many thanks0 -
whoops!!
jsut written 2nd letter to cahoot asking for my credit card charges but have realised I have calculated it wrong - I added the interest they have charged me rather than the interest for the charge...
should I write and tell them I made a mistake and the actual amount I am claiming or should I keep my mouth shut and keep my fingers crossed!?!?!?0 -
Better to do it right. If you end up in court, which can happen, then your claim will be wrong. Don't risk it. Start again..0

I have recently sent off a letter to LloydsTSB asking them to reimburse me for my PPI/LPI which was mislod to me as I suffer from a Chronic Condition therefore do not even qualify for the insurance, I used Martin Lewis` Money Saving Expert template and sent it via recorded delivery but I have yet to hear from LloydsTSB and it has been over two months now. What is my next step, can anyone help?

I wrote to GE Money about 2 weeks ago requesting refund on an open and a closed account. They wrote to me today offering £105 for the open one and £108 for the closed one. The total of my reclaim is £600 plus interest and they couldn't supply me with anymore than 3 years data.
I have therefore written back accepting as part payment and demanding a further payment especially as they cannot supply me with the relevant data and this £600 was only based on 3 years of statements. I will contact the FOS as with Capital One should they not at least match my original request. Still £213.00 so far is good! Will keep you posted!;)0 -
