Hi folks
Newbie here (be gentle please) Just sent two Credit Card claims off, one to MBNA for £416 and another to HSBC for £116. Anybody had success or failure with either of these two?
Also planning to target Cahoot next so any advice on these as well please.
Thanks!0 -
I Was So Inspired By The Success Stories I Have Started The Process Of Reclaiming. I Have Sent 7 Letters To Request Details Of Past Charges Today. Fingers Crossed!0

Hi Yes I have had success twice with Capital One"onwards & upwards"0 -
I have a Capital One card at 30% interest I think it is, it's one of them cards they offer to boost your Credit Rating. I have had the card for about 2 years now, and I'm estimating I've been charged about 3 £12 late fees, is it worth me claiming this £36?0

I anticipate a good telling off but here goes.... Years ago (7), I had some house repairs done. The chap was recommended but he made more work which I had to have put right by another builder. It cost £10,000 which I didnt have. The first chap left the area and was untracable !!!! I paid for the repairs on my credit card as I already had had a bank loan for the original work. I havent been working during that time or for yeras before. I had been raising a family and ,I am told, didnt need PPI and, reading your criteria for re-claiming my ppi, I fit the bill. Mine has cost £Ks.
My problem is.....do I reclaim the PPI or, if I did, would the Credit card company want all the money I owe back. I cant afford to do this and dont want to 'rock the boat'.
Help please........0 -

There is nothing to stop you from reclaiming PPI even if that reduces the money you owe. In fact, it could be a WIN WIN situation for you.0 -
Hi
Does anyone know if i pay the £75 to have a 'stay' lifted on a credit card charges court claim do i get that £75 back when i win the claim?
Thanks in advance for any answers received.0 -
Hi this is my first time on the forum, just downloaded first letter for claiming card charges from mbna. Currently have three credit cards totalling approx £16,500 and a personal loan for £15,000 ow. Like a lot of people i am waiting for developements on the bank charges £6,500 in my case [yorks Bank] Have had £1,100 in ppi refunded from alliance & Leicster with no problems, using template letters so fingers crossed with the above. Thanks0

this might seem a stupid question but several months ago i cancelled ppi on my credit cards, i have just downloaded the first letter for card charges reclaiming [MBNA] because they are being really mean at the moment and was wondering if it was possible to reclaim back this as well?. Any thoughts or advise on this would be much appreciated. Ta0
