Did it only take a week to be offered a refund? Am I reading this correctly?

Wow that's brilliant, congratulations on getting your money back :j
  • Just wanted to say thank you to Martin Lewis and this website.

Following the advice on the site, I wrote to Natwest a week ago to reclaim years of credit card overlimit fees under the hardship rule. Today I recieved a letter back saying they are willing to repay the charges in full, plus interest, totalling £267, to be credited to my credit card account.

Thank you so much, it's really helped during a tough time. All it took was, reading the advice on the site and spending an hour to write the letter out based on my template provided.
