I'm struggling to enter holiday dates. Under the holiday tab, the instruction is to choose the holiday from the drop down menu. The only option is one called "holiday" but it doesn't stick. Instead it just reverts to "select". I've sent a message, but no reply yet.

it,s a pity, in the Receiver entry Box where you have to enter the panel's R number, there isn,t a slot for entering "None".  For the second time in recent weeks a sender had forgotten to peel off the appropriate label and stick it on the enclosure sheet.
Unfortunately you can,t really proceed to log entails without this info.  Tried to send them a message separately with the other relevant info but their messaging system doesn,t make it easy, having to pre-select  topics which arn,t really appropriate.
no doubt I,ll shortly get a query about it, by which time I'll have forgotten all the relevant info.   Bad website design.  The designers should have checked all the actions  which could be missed out or which could go wrong and built them into the system.

What do I do with items I received that have a missing or incorrect R-number?

If the R-number is missing or wrong you don't need to enter it on the system. Please return the RFID to us and dispose of the item.

This has happened to me twice in the last month.  I write the date / time it arrived on the envelope it arrived in and then put this envelope, the RFID and the enclosure sheet in one of the smart / rfid return envelopes and write a brief note to explain that I can't enter the item details as the sticker is missing.

I have today been invited to Correctly Delivered Mail Survey at 13.01, starting on 09th November 2020.
I logged in straight away and surprise, surprise it was not there.
My view is that these invites do not exist or some sl*me are sitting on their computers 24/7 and not allowing others in which I am sure everyone agrees is pure selfish.

I accepted the correctly delivered survey at 3.45pm - my guess is it's a blanket email with vacancies in certain postcodes only.

I got the survey invite as a notification from my app. So the app pinged the minute the survey became available.

Hello everybody,  I am new to Kantar correctly delivered mail.  I started at the beginning of October and have sent and received two items per week.  Can you tell me what the rewards are please and when I will receive the first one.  I have the app but can’t find any information.  When I look on rewards it says I have no points.  Thank you all

The ordinary mail posting and receiving is different to the correctly delivered and unaddressed mail surveys.
If you are just sending and receiving items, you don't get paid in points, you get paid monthly in stamps. There is a training period which there is no reimbursement for (items all being sent to the same address). Once on the panel proper you also get a presentation stamp pack at the beginning and end of the (usually) 6 month stint as well as the stamps. It's a book of 12 first class and 4 large letter stamps per month so it's not going to pay for any holidays. You also get additional reimbursement of 200 points for sending a parcel or cube because of the extra effort of handing over the post office counter.
The correctly delivered and unaddressed mail are by invite only, which pops up on the app from time to time and is first come first served. Those pay £5 worth of points which arrived once the 3 week stint has been completed.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
