    I'm not on the live survey at the moment but wonder if Kanter will be adding the new Royal Mail  "Pick up from home service" to their monitoring

    Not at the moment. There's a message to say that if you have anything to post please don't use this service as they're not monitoring at present.

    I've just sent Kantar a message to ask them to stop sending me parcels to post until further notice.  Our post office has been opening reduced hours since lockdown and its getting harder for me to get there whilst its open.  When my knee is playing up I have to get a bus there as its at the top of a very steep hill - and this is not ideal given our area is on the verge of going into Tier 2 lockdown restrictions.  I have a three parcel backlog plus the PPI items, which arrived too late for the original posting day - I plan to make a trip with all of them one day next week to get back on top of things.

    With my husband being high risk for covid-19, I have decided to keep shopping trips to the bare minimum until the covid situation improves in our area.  Just hope they don't kick me off the panel completely - Christmas is coming and I need my stamps :smiley:

    it,s a pity, in the Receiver entry Box where you have to enter the panel's R number, there isn,t a slot for entering "None".  For the second time in recent weeks a sender had forgotten to peel off the appropriate label and stick it on the enclosure sheet. 
    Unfortunately you can,t really proceed to log entails without this info.  Tried to send them a message separately with the other relevant info but their messaging system doesn,t make it easy, having to pre-select  topics which arn,t really appropriate.
    no doubt I,ll shortly get a query about it, by which time I'll have forgotten all the relevant info.   Bad website design.  The designers should have checked all the actions  which could be missed out or which could go wrong and built them into the system.
