As has been said app is slow.
If I am preparing items to post I never seem to be able to add the SMART's on the app.

I am having the same problem with the App in item preparation. I choose the RFID from the list it turns green indicating it is prepared but the RFID code does not show, it just says none. I have to log onto the computer to do it. After I have done that it will show on the App. I have deleted it and downloaded it again but still does not work.

This is exactly what happens to me.
Defeats the point of the app.

Something is wrong somewhere, my app thinks I have RFIDs I haven't seen and I have some that it doesn't recognise as mine.

Not seen this myself and logged a sent item ONLINE only a couple of hours ago

Typical.  Start correctly delivered next week. Regular postie is on holiday and today get a random selection of mail for the street.  Never had anything to record whilst doing the survey.

I find the app great for logging posted items - no need to enter anything when I get home.  However its not that great for item preparation or logging received items so I am sticking to using the website on my PC for all that - doesn't help that I have a dinky iPhone SE so anything other than logging posted items is a real pain

Me neither - I had two incorrectly delivered items yesterday and of course I'm not doing the Correctly Delivered survey at the moment - no idea how the postman managed to mistake 45 for 14

I got a message on my account after my first test item was sent this time around.

In fact here is the message in full:

Hi I have been invited to the Royal Mail survey starting 16/11. I did training about 2 yesterday ago but was rested straight away. when I did the training I registered 2 postboxes by me. I have been reading the info and it says post boxes have to start with the letters corresponding to your post code. one of the boxes starts with a different post code to me, even tho it is literally 300yds from my house, obvs boundary of a different area. they accepted this box when I was training, will i be able to use it again or have the rules changed since I was training?
