emma_eeh said:Doing the correctly delivered survey i received next week's letters to post through my letterbox sorry if this is a stupid question but would I class this as a letter or parcel? Thanks!
Also, I'd think they are large letters rather than parcels.

Has anyone been invited participate in a survey on the web site which pops up when you log in, or is listed under available survey in the app and the first survey question is the year you were born. Just wondered why they want to know how old your are. So far I haven't completed the survey and I wondered what the rest of the questions were about.

hi I have just received my first letters to post, I am on training, should I have received a book of stamps with my pack or do these come separately?
many thanks

You don't get the book of stamps when you're training, they come once you start on the full panel. They come in with the things you need to send. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Just checked back, I also received 2 books of stamps and presentation pack when first started.1

thanks for that. apologies I have just checked the email they sent and it says "stamps will be sent at the end of training and then every month when you go live" how long does the training usually last it doesnt say anything about that.1

My training was a couple of weeks last time. Be aware though that sometimes there is a rest between training and the live panel if an area is oversubscribed. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
