Hi I have been invited to the Royal Mail survey starting 16/11. I did training about 2 yesterday ago but was rested straight away. when I did the training I registered 2 postboxes by me. I have been reading the info and it says post boxes have to start with the letters corresponding to your post code. one of the boxes starts with a different post code to me, even tho it is literally 300yds from my house, obvs boundary of a different area. they accepted this box when I was training, will i be able to use it again or have the rules changed since I was training?
    many thanks
The rules haven't changed, well not since I first joined (and my panellist number is a low 4-digits number).

I'd suggest you don't use the out-of-area box.

You possibly could during lockdown. Kanter have said you won’t be penalised if you do anything wrong.

For the first time I can't add RFIDs in the item preparation tab of the app. I type in the four letter code and it defaults to "none". I had to login on my laptop to put the codes in. Anyone else have this problem?

Reading the blurb they want new and used and get £20 per kilo. Definitely a waste of new stamps, just to end up in the weighing machine. Anyone know how many stamps make a kilogram?

Is it an older operating system on the phone? I found with my old iphone that once it stopped being able to run the Kantar app updates it became pretty much unusable.

Mine is not an older operating system.
I generally find the app is so slow.
Not always handy when you have posted an item & it takes so long to record.
