Has the first day covers packet of stamps stopped being sent ??

I finished my stint about a month back but haven't had a presentation pack from them yet.

They did not send my presentation pack when I went back on the panel this year and I queried it. They replied and sent them out.
I am still waiting for next weeks posting pack to arrive, fortunately I have nothing to post until Thursday and then it is 2 cubes both before midday. I have checked on the sender data entry.2 -
I'm back on the panel after a break and this time I'm going to make sure I note down when I receive stamps etc. I'm sure last time I did it they missed some out.2
