For the first time I can't add RFIDs in the item preparation tab of the app. I type in the four letter code and it defaults to "none". I had to login on my laptop to put the codes in. Anyone else have this problem?
Is it an older operating system on the phone? I found with my old iphone that once it stopped being able to run the Kantar app updates it became pretty much unusable.
Iphone 6S but running the latest ios update. In fact I recently updated ios, so it is probably that that triggered it.

I tried that, but it didn't work.

Hi I know this has been asked before, but can't seem to find an answer after looking thru a lot of comments. I am due to start training next week, my itinerary says post before last collection. this would be 4pm when I am still at work. if I post the night before would this be ok? I also noticed on the help instructions it says to register it on the mobile app whilst at Post box, would this then register it as the day before I should be posting? and if so is this ok to do? I just want to make sure I do it correct as after my last training over 3 years ago, (never made it to the live panel )I have only just been invited back!
    many thanks

    From their FAQ:
If you can’t post before last collection on the scheduled date, post when it is most convenient for you. This could be later the same day, or on a different date including the day (or night) before, but it’s very important that you confirm the exact time you posted the item, as well as the actual date of posting when you data enter the item.

Alternatively you could just post it in the morning on your way out to work. That’s what I try to do.

thanks for that. I can't post on way to work as it's the opposite direction. I will have to post it the night before. do I still use the mobile app when I am at the post box?
    thanks

Up to you. They prefer you to, and it is easier, but you can log when you get home on the laptop if you prefer. Just note the time and use that and the day you actually sent it,
