I always keep the notes which come with the stamps as they say the month they relate to.
I do this & write on it the date received.

    Great minds  :)

sorry if this is a really stupid question, I'm sending my first test item tomorrow and have to complete the sender data entry, do I also have to log it as a receiver of this item or am I just a sender? just a little confused

    No, you’re just a sender.
Receiver is for ones that other panellists send to you.

    You are a sender.
You are a receiver when you receive the items sent to you in the post from other senders.

Just decided to prepare my items for this week but chaos. Online is showing (apart from one cd box)  different  receivers to the paper schedule.  I have the paperwork for the one on the paper schedule but, of course, can't enter it as it is not online. I have no paperwork at all for the other 2 items on the online schedule. Waiting to hear if I just bin them.

Currently I'm on the panel, this morning I received pack for posting, and included there was a book of 12 first-class Christmas stamps.  It was a nice surprise.
Ah - the Christmas stamps. You've just reminded me that I'm normally on the live panel by now each year - but no invite this year

Same here but my last session was extended - so I got Easter eggs for a first time - then covid extended so lasted 10 months.  Will likely have to beg for a diary as well.
